They repaired my chimney and added a cover to keep our animals. They were fantastic!

The company has professionals that work efficiently and with great care to protect carpet and interior furnishings as they work to dismantle and repair or install new features. They quoted a timeline and worked within it to finish on time - despite cold temperatures and snow. While on site they quoted and completed the sealing of a second chimney that had been abandoned this past fall, used the fireplace yesterday and worked beautifully with no backdraft or smoke.

They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were able to explain why they were doing what repairs, and even took pictures so I could see the damage at the top. They were prompt and did the repairs without me having to be there! As a first time home buyer they made me feel comfortable about my fireplace!

Excellent cleaning. Had pictures of the top and through the chimney so I could see 'the problems.' Left the house very clean/no mess. Were professional and were on time!

They did the work as promised, on time, and cleaned up after they were done. Our chimney grout was cracked, some brick faces had come loose, & the crown/cap was broken in several places. They stucco'd the entire chimney, & also installed a completely new crown/cap. It looks great.

Outstanding service, professionalism honesty and integrity! The technician arrived on time and literally within 2 minutes found the problem - a loose starter wire! The technician secured the wire,and checked a few things out to make sure that was truly the problem. With a sick feeling in my stomach (emberrased) and in disbelief, expecting to have to pay a service call fee I was shocked when he told me he couldn't charge me anything for that and that I owed him nothing! A friendly hand shake and the technician was on his way to his next job. I Highly recommend this company to EVERYONE needing their fireplace serviced. This company is the real deal!
