The company is very customer centric. The understood my project and my urgency and kept me in mind to get my job done as soon as possible. The office staff was a joy to discuss the project with and were very professional. Since I do not live where the work was done, the company made it very easy to have the work done and submit payment. Kudos to Fireplace Pros. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. In fact I gave their information to my realtor for future situations where chimney or fireplace work may need to be done.

Really needed this done as it has the only way we heat our home. Took awhile to get here granted there was a bug snow storm, then realized they sent us the wrong insulation.

All that was done was explained and the functions of the fireplace were reviewed. I highly recommend this service.

We needed a chimney inspection and a cleaning. Fireplace Pros were excellent to deal with on the phone and worked us into their schedule quickly. Once here, they did a thorough inspection and cleaning. They provided us with pictures of their findings, which were minor and advised us of the cost to remedy these issues. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Needed someone to come and look at our gas fireplace. Itâ s never been maintained and I could always feel cold or warm air coming into our living room. Pat the field service tech was GREAT! He took the time to explain how the fireplace worked, what the different parts were for, how to clean and what not to use on the fireplace. Apparently my fireplace is supposed to have the air flow, who knew? Pat took the time to clean the glass and paint the inside, adjusted the logs inside. It literally looks like a new fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and Pat.

Tyson came out to inspect our gas fireplace and chimney. He did a phenomenal job at explaining what he was doing and found. He discovered some mortar issues that needed repaired as well as a stuck valve. He was not aggressive in anyway with getting us to use Fireplace Professionals for the repair. The inspection report and the estimate was A quality with pictures of my chimney and fireplace which included the dimensions and where the damage was. I will definitely recommend this company for inspections going forward
