Jerry arrived on time, cleaned, and inspected the chimney. He found a couple of issues and gave me options to remedy them. I chose to do the repairs. They came back a few days later and completed them for the estimated cost. They were professional and never left any signs that they had been here. Total Pro's!

They were very professional. I asked a lot of questions and they were able to not just answer them but give me advise as how to handle my fireplace situation that was best for the job needed.

This contractor did two jobs for me. One was to clean and sweep a fireplace. This was not an easy job to clean because my husband had been a heavy smoker and the nicotine on the stone was heavy. The contractor also repaired my chimney on the outside which was beginning to crumble. He took pictures of the damage and showed them to me so I would know what needed to be fixed. Both jobs were completed in a professional, timely manner.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating to our schedule. Just moved into our house and found many issues that the previous owners didn't seem to be aware of. Scheduled an appointment the following week and had it all fixed within 1 day! Definitely will be reaching out for our annual cleanings!

The owner returned my call almost immediately and was at my home the next day. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix both problems the next morning (after securing the parts.) Was very courteous and caring concerning our situation. Didn't have to clean up much because he was very clean and precise. Will definitely us this company in the future.

$130 got me, turned on gas to fireplace and a light to get flame, goodness if I knew that was all he would be doing I could have saved a lot of time and money. There was no cleaning as expected and no real inspection. I had to turn everything back off and clean fireplace myself. Look elsewhere as you may actually get your money's worth. Note: he made clear I was his last job, maybe he just cut corners with me, but all customers should be handled same way.

Was about half an hour late, but was very tidy and knowledgeable. He made some very pricy suggestions- but I know nothing about fireplaces and he didn't pressure me whatsoever to make a decision. I'd recommend!
