My first time ever getting a chimney inspections and cleaning. Seemed very simple, vacuuming around opening in my home and partially up in the chimney from inside my house. Scheduler was very nice and service individual was very knowledgeable and did a nice job explaining the inspection. Repairs sounded reasonable. I would hire them again.

Jerry and Patrick were very professional and friendly. They covered walkways and in front of the fireplaces while working and cleaned up afterwards like they weren’t even here. Provided a quote on additional work that needed done to safely use the fireplaces and protect the chimney from completely crumbling. They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner and a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them for any fireplace/chimney work.

Showed up 30 minutes late w/o calling to advise. Process was very quick; running a brush down the chimney, vacuuming up what little debris there was and pushing a camera up the chimney, without providing me pictures of the results wasn't quite worth the price charged in my opinion. Protective coverings should be over his shoes. The people were very nice, very polite and he seemed knowledgeable. If he had been on time and the charge according to work performed, instead of flat rate, overall rating would have been higher.
