They showed up on time. They were very nice. They took away all our old equipment and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully.

Our neighbors and Angie's List recommended this company. However, when I called regarding our broken A/C unit, it took them a week to call back.

He put us in a busy schedule with a very hot weekend and was very accommodating in getting us installed. He was informative with any questions we had. As part of the installation, follow-up service was performed.

They came out when they said they would and they completed the job in good time. They had to go out and get a part and came back right away with that. We haven't had a problem with it yet.

We have used Favret for several years & are very pleased with their twice a year service. They are knowledgeable & thorough.

The technician was on time & polite. They called to let me know he was on his way & give me the name of the technician to I would know when he arrived.

They were very honest with me on a previous job, and that's why I called them for this job. I called to have my old furnace checked which was 18 years old. It turned out that the wiring in the furnace was burned out. They went ahead and installed a new one for me. It took two days to install, and they did an efficient job, kept me well informed and showed me how to use it. I have always had good luck with them.

He decided my problem must be the thermostat. Said he'd be back. Took off work next day so he could install it. Problem not resolved, took off work again the next day. Different guy found it was installed wrong & not level. Problem not resolved. Took off work again for different guy who decided it was the sequencer. Took off work again for him to come back & install the sequencer. Problem not resolved. I refused to take more time off work. Finally sent out the expert on Sat. A.M. He believed the sequencer was the real problem, but repairman had knocked something loose. After this, the problem was resolved. This was ridiculous that I had to take off work 4 times, and have 4 different guys out in order to get it done right! And, I had to buy a $115 thermostat that I didn't need, because the problem was the sequencer.

We have used this company on many occasions. They are always a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service. Prompt, punctual, reliable, professional and knowledgeable.

James was polite and represented Favret well. He stopped by the same day that we phoned (not scheduled). I believe he was more salesperson than technically knowledgeable about a/c but knowledgeable enough. The price: Competitive (quote excluded additional electric charge). Requested quote received within 24 hours (by mail).

An overall very positive experience. The people we dealt with were punctual, efficient, and worked clean every time. I would definitely recommend them, and hire them again. Favret visited us a total of four times in the process, first Christine came to inspect and diagnose the problem. Second was Paul, to sell us the new furnace (a Carrier93). Third came Elmer and Shane to install it, and Steve was fourth for the final inspection. The only real issue we had was that the humidifier was not correctly connected the first time. This was corrected as part of the final inspection and I am perfectly satisfied with the work. All the people we dealt with were very courteous and efficient. Thanks to Favret for making the experience as painless as possible.

Favret was fantastic. We gave them a key to the house and they replaced the heat and AC with a brand new set of the last model year's units for $3,500.00. We just took out credit with them and paid them when the house sold. They were so accommodating. I will use them for ALL future heat/AC issues.

They really did a good job and we were happy with them.

I had to call them on an emergency basis and they were quickly to come out. Their price was reasonable. I am going to use them in the future for my routine maintenance.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW FURNACE & A/C. THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW, AND REMOVAL OF THE OLD WENT SMOOTHLY. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

I get the service in the Spring and Fall. They do an outstanding job of checking. They checked to make sure the air conditioner is level. They clean the furnace with a vacuum each time.

I had a reasonable experience. I called Favret to check my system out. It is all electric and I felt we weren't getting enough heat. They didn't find anything wrong with our system, but said our heat pump is 18 years old and may fail soon. A salesman called me back to inquire about a new system that I may want to purchase. Not pushy, but it seemed like the system they were telling me I should get was expensive. I would use them again, but having a second opinion would give me peace of mind.

Courteous, showed up on time, explained things and asked questions. Overall good experience. However, for just a seasonal maintenance, I paid $140 AFTER a $40 coupon was applied. I know that the same service is available at other reputable companies for under $100. So I will not be using them again, just because of the price.

We have a maintenance agreement, so there was no charge. He covered his shoes while he was out, and took his time doing a good check.

Very professional. They weren't the cheapest, but were the most credible. Good customer service.

I HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM BEFORE, BUT AFTER IT EXPIRED I DID NOT GO BACK. SERVICEMEN WERE FINE, BUT LADY ON THE PHONE TURNED ME OFF.

MIKE IS SUPERIOR, TRUSTWORTHY AND CLEAN. THEY PUT BOOTIES ON WHEN THEY COME TO THE HOUSE. THEY ARE JUST SUPER PEOPLE. CONTRACT FOR SERVICE IS AROUND $190.

Service came when they said and called ahead. Steve was polite and efficient. He explained the service he was performing and why - particularly when cleaning the unit. The cost was high, but I expected that since the computer was the problem.
