We have used them for 20 years. Reasonable prices. Always been very satisfied with the business they provide. They've installed a new furnace and keep our 20 year old AC system working.

I saved a thousand dollars. He's here every year for check-up.

They had experienced a problem in the basement where part of the floor caved in and they did not mention that to us so we didn't find out until they left. Maybe they should have better communication when they run into a problem. They were timely and they got the job done, and it seemed like a very good job.

They always do a good job and they are very knowledgeable and personable. They are really nice guys, they are professional and friendly. Over the years when I’ve been here by myself I have never felt uncomfortable and they know what they are doing. After we had the furnace installed, we weren’t understanding how to properly understand the thermostat and a very nice gentleman gave me a full instruction on it and it was great so we’ve used it properly since. He also gave us some suggestions that worked and they are really good at about only doing and replacing what needed to be done to replace. We never ever felt like they were trying to sell us something that we didn’t need. We’ve always been pleased with them and we have never had a conversation about looking for another company.

They are an excellent company; we have never had a bad experience with them. They’ve been very responsive and they are punctual. There has never been an issue where you are sitting there waiting and they don’t come. They are around a good company.

We’ve been very pleased with them and they do a very good job. The last time they came out, they looked at the furnace and changed something. He also checked the air conditioner and he actually even washed it off.

I was using somebody else and they moved to Florida and so, I have to go back to Favret Heating & Cooling who I started with. I had changed because a personal friend of mine had opened a business, that is why I changed. I would grade them an a but that is 40 years ago, we will find out what they are now. The price was fair. Their responsiveness was good, it was a B. I don't know what it is now because I just called them to try them out again.

They did very good and it went really well. I needed some service from them because our air conditioner wasn't cooling properly and it was still partially under warranty. They took care of it and I only had to pay a portion. They came the very next day after calling and were very punctual.

I always go with a contract with them with the air conditioner and heater. They backup their service. They are quite good about arriving on time. They are reliable and they do good work. They are clean.

Occasionally, we have to buy filters. That is an extra $140, when we have to buy filters. The contract covers the visit and so I don't have to pay $290 each time they come out. That is per year. We should have got filters then because we didn't the last time. So, the cost would have probably been $140 charge beyond the maintenance annual agreement. Those wonderful people offered me an extended warranty on my heat pump. Knowing that heat pumps don't last forever, I took it. The heat pump performed beautifully but failed just before the warranty was up. They replaced it totally free. It was a great experience. It hadn't failed to the point that it was not working at all. It just wasn't working the way it should have. Another company might have just walked away and let it fail.

We have a contract with them so they come out twice a year and do maintenance on our heat pump and furnace. The annual contract with them is $290. It covers the furnace tuneup and heat pump. I think they deserve an A and frankly we wouldn't be dealing with them if they didn't. I have been using them for probably 10 years and I will continue to use them unless they have a dramatic change in service; they are my company.

I interviewed several companies. I was very impressed with the amount of information that Favret was able to supply and the way they proposed handling, replacing an old freon based air conditioner with a heat pump. This gave us utter security for winter weather because we could use that for heating as well. It was a way to avoid either the higher electrical or the high gas prices depending on which way the market was going. We could use for preference either gas or electric. We loved that. We did use them and stayed with them for all service maintenance contract work. They were very neat and efficient. There was no mess to deal with. We had very little down time.

They were in. They were very efficient. They did a very good installation. I think they helped out with tuning. I do not have any complaints.

We have a maintenance contract with them and we always have them come out in the spring, at the beginning of the cooling season and in the fall, at the beginning of the heating season. So, check-ups and services are free. They installed our HVAC system in 2008, 6 years ago, and we have been using them for our service ever since then.

I had Favret out last spring 2015 for the AC checkup. The technician used my hose reel for the first time for the season. After the work was completed, he informed me that the reel was offline. The hose reel was working perfectly when I hooked it up to him. I am sure he yanked it too hard and not in a straight direction, and he caused it to go offline. I called the office and they would not even come out to look at the reel. They took his word. I had to replace it for $50 and was not reimbursed. I was not given an apology or any concern. I had been a Favret customer for over 10 years. Replaced a furnance and AC at our old home, and continued with them when we moved. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. We still had 6 months left on the service contract. The second incident occurred when I had the fall checkup done. The technician that arrived kept asking ME to help him! Even to the point where he spilled some water, and asked me for paper towels, which I provided, but then he handed me back the wet towels!! I have sent several letters to Favret, and received no responses. Favret does not value customer loyalty or satisfaction.

We have a fuel oil furnace and it was hard to find a service provider that could service it. We did not pay any money as our Home Warranty paid the cost. They fixed our problem and we were very happy with their service.

Did an excellent job. Not only serviced the working parts of the air conditioner but also cleaned all the debris from the outside. I have always been pleased with their punctuality, professionalism and work and will use them in our new place.

Our regular Favrett service rep Jim came out right within time stated. He was 100% thorough and courteous. He did a full check up on the inside and outside electric heating/cooling system. He gave suggestions about thermostatic controls with fan and auto settings to reduce electricity bills. We purchased the system from Favrett 13 years ago. Thanks to Jim we have had superb service and may continue to have the unit working for up to 20 years. I would strongly recommend Favrett both for purchasing and taking advantage of their maintenance contracts. Whenever we needed service, Jim was at our home within less than 24 hours - we are 110% satisfied.

Very professional, and efficient.

Always punctual and consistantly provides professional services. I believe the service has extended the life of my AC beyond its predicted service life.

We purchased a new house and the service tech explained the cost of repairing our 28+ year old furnace. We decided to install a new high efficiency furnace; we have a very old house, so the efficiency really helps cut down heating costs. The team arrived on time and installed the unit. We had to have an adjustment made about a week later and the WIFI thermostat has needed to be adjusted twice. The company's service is excellent! Often, I have a tech at the house within an hour or two of when I call. Their staff is also knowledgeable.

I have been using Favret for many years. I trust the technicians because they are not looking for reasons to sell me parts that may or may not be needed. I am told they do not earn commissions on selling such items (unlike my last company that shall remain nameless.)

I was able to get a service call early the next morning. The furnace was serviced and has been working fine since.

I have been a loyal Favret customer since 2003. I set up a service contract with them each year that has them come out and look at my furnace in the fall and AC in the spring. With the service contract, you also get priority scheduling, an emergency service call and 10% off all parts. Well, we recently woke up without our furnace working?.it was the winter and it was COLD! I called them up, explained my issue and they got me on the schedule and came and replaced my inducer motor. Favret is a locally owned company that has been around since the 1920s. That is pretty darn impressive if you ask me. I know they do residential and commercial installation and repairs and to me are one of the best companies in central Ohio. All their technicians are friendly and highly-experienced and their front office staff (everyone from scheduling, parts, as well as billing) is an absolute pleasure to speak to and work with.
