The service went very well. The technician made a minor repair, but he felt that our furnace was in good condition.

They come twice a year and do everything perfect. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Phil Favret met with me to go over replacing our furnace and A/C. Took the time to understand what we wanted to do with the project and thoroughly explained our options. Emailed and dropped off an estimate with options and also literature on all the products offered in the estimate. Only reason we decided not to go with Favret is, because we decided to go with Trane products, which Favret does not carry. Phil was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend them.

They got the job done but the labor cost was a little high. They also gave us a very big window of time that they said they would arrive that I didn't like.

Fabulous. I called them with a request for this strange pseudo-Irish stove unit that heats our sun room. No one in town services these things, which has been a problem since we bought the house in 1998. They checked their records, found out they had been here before we lived here, and sent someone the same day I called.

Our experience was excellent. Arliss and Joe came on time (called when on the way), they explained thoroughly what they would do and why. The answered misc. questions we had about our furnace and accessories for the house (UV air filter, home humidifier, etc.). They were very knowledgeable and courteous and interacted well with our infant son. They arrived at 8 and were done before noon. I mentioned that I had a $50 Angie's list coupon from the latest book, and Arliss said she had an $80 one that she would allow us to apply instead. The cost noted was for 13 registers and 3 intake sections after coupon.

They do an excellent job. I can't think of anyone better. I would recommend them highly. I have a service contract with them.

They didn't show up during the scheduled time and at 9pm a man from Favret called me and asked if I still wanted him to come out. I said no, and he was not apologetic for not coming that day. When I called Favret they were friendly and said there was a funeral and everything was a mess. They were apologetic and had good follow up.

They were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. The technician mentioned a Yellow Pages coupon they had. They were here for at least two hours but only charged me for an hour and a half. The technicians (Bill and Brad) were very friendly and explained to me how to maintain my system to make things better.

Phil Favret gave me an estimate 3-4 months ago. I told him we just needed it by March. It took him a while to get me the estimate, but no problem since we could wait. After about 2 months, I called to inquire about the estimate. Phil said he was about to send it to me, as they had some spare time. Got the estimate, and they started in early February. Took about six days total start to finish in some very cold weather. Don, Roy, and Chuck were great. Don even cleared our front walk of snow one morning. Booties whenever they were inside. Paper down to protect carpet. Quite a contrast to the electricians we just had. The only question that I had is that they didn't create an access panel for a 15" by 24" hole they cut? Not a big deal for me to make, though.

Other than the person who gave me an estimate reminding me of a used car salesman, everything went great. The furnace needed a lot of work and they threw in some extra little things (like insulating a short piece of tubing from the air conditioner and putting new condensate piping in). Very satisfied with the quality of the work, seems like the people who did the installation cared about doing a good job.

Great. They responded the same day and came back with the part. They told me the furnace was under warranty (private installation) and they replaced the control board for us.

Very pleased and satisfied. I felt comfortable with them and will call them again in the future.

Overall, we were very happy with the service. They showed up on time and were quick with the installation of the humidifier. Our only complaint is they did not clean up after the installation. They left many pieces of excess wiring and screws laying on and around the furnace. Outside of that, they were professional and even called later in the week to make sure everything was functioning properly and that we were satisfied.

We called in the morning when our furnace was not working. It was sub-zero degree temperatures out. We had already contacted another company which told us it would be another day before they could come. Favret said they could be there in the afternoon. They arrived before the time they were scheduled by about 2 hours. He found the problem and ordered the part to be delivered to his truck, went to another call and returned to replace the part a few hours later. Very efficient.

After using Favret in previous years we contacted them when our boiler system failed to come on in the fall. They sent a technician out a couple of days after we called them and he quickly diagnosed the problem. In order to fix the boiler he needed to order a part and said it should arrive in a day or two and would call us back to reschedule the repair. After waiting 5 days and not receiving a call, I called the company and was informed that the technician was no longer employed by the company. In addition, they did not have our work order indicating that we needed a new part. They were quick to send another technician over who spent two hours diagnosing and fixing the problem and getting the boiler to work. He too said the part would be ordered and we would receive a call back. After another 7 days of waiting, I called the company's general mailbox on a weekend day to report that the boiler was not working and have yet to receive a call back, over 3 months later.

They were fantastic. I had it inspected and the person inspecting it said that the workmanship was excellent. The price was excellent as well.

The work was performed as contracted with no unanticipated delays or problems.

They stayed a little longer than anticipated. Someone was being trained. We felt like we actually got more than we expected.

I was given an appointment time frame of 12-4 pm and stayed home to wait for the technician. I still had not heard anything from the company by 4 pm, so I called the company to ask if anyone would be coming out. I was told the technician was at another job and would be out when he was done. I asked for any kind of time frame as to when someone would arrive as I had plans at 6 pm and was told they could not give me one. At 4:30, the company called and said someone was on the way. The technician finally arrived 45 minutes later at 5:15 pm. Neither he nor the dispatch person who called me apologized for making me wait over 5 hours. I inquired about a discount for the inconvenience and 5 hour wait but was told by the tech that they wouldn't give me one "for that". In the end, I sat around for nearly 6 hours, had to cancel my plans, never got an apology and was made very aware that they didn't value my time. A simple apology from ANYONE would have gone a very long way.

We were very satisfied. The salesman sat down with us and went over everything. They had a package deal for both and we went with that and they were great as well. They installed it within a week. They were prompt, courteous.

Very well. Was professional during quoting, had overall best proposal, work was done on schedule and no problems afterward.

I have never been disappointed in using this company. I have used them for four years now and the service people are knowledgeable, will give you information & if necessary, options.

Richard Sprowls was prompt, professional, and personable. He answered all questions, addressed my needs, and did attempt to sell more than was needed.

The technician that came out was one of the better ones. He spent time checking everything and was able to fix a squeaking problem we were having. I had a lot of questions that he was able to answer. He could have tried to pitch me on a new unit, but was straight forward about what really needed to be done on the furnace. He did a real thorough job cleaning the furnace.
