They give helpful reminders for service. When I need something it is handled expeditiously within a day. They replaced my Air conditioning quickly and efficiently. I have been very satisfied. They explain everything well, respect your home. I would continue to use them! They are true professionals.

Overall, the experience was a good one. The repairman was polite and persistent in discovering the real problem. I was a bit frustrated with my inability to correctly locate the problem, but the Favret repairman was patient and calming.

My furnace wasn't turning on all the time. I thought the problem was with the valve, but Bill from Favret showed me that the problem was with the pilot light. It wasn't turning on all the way. He fixed the pilot and now my furnace works great.

I called Favret to give an estimate for a new furnace, which another company had said needed to be replaced due to a cracked heat exchanger. After discussing what the other company did, Rich, the sales manager, offered a second opinion and I thought it was a good idea. Favret called before Brian, the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way. Brian inspected the furnace visually and used a smoke test to check it again. After his very thorough check, he proclaimed it in good working order. Another company might have taken advantage of the situation, but Brian (and Favret) gave an honest opinion. They definitely won my business in the future.

Everything went quite well. Our appointment was scheduled just a few days after we called, and the technician showed up on time and was very polite and thorough in his inspection. When he determined what was needed, he checked in with the company immediately to see how soon he could come back to do the repair and cleaning, and was back at our home only a few hours later to complete the job. He neatly cleaned up his work area when he was finished. He offered us the opportunity to sign up for the company's service plan, which we decided to do, but was not at all pushy in his approach. We definitely would call this company again.

We have never been disappointed with the quality of the personnel or the work they do. Honest up front, and do not try to sell you what you don't really need.

Installation and air duct cleaning was quick (scheduled within a week) and efficient. We then had an issue with the drip pan under the coils, on very humid days it would leak and leave a puddle on top of the air cleaner. After three service calls (often they came out the same day, always within one day) the service manager was contacted and determined by testing back at Favret that this (Carrier) pan needed to be raised slightly at the back, rather than level. We were pleased at how diligent Favret was at following up on our trouble reports and arriving at a solution. (We were told that Favret notified manufacturer of a design issue with the drip pan). Also, we called Favret regarding blower stopping for five minutes when the A/C would stop, because we had the blower set on constant-medium. After a service call they determined that that is 'what it does'. The techs were friendly and efficient. The estimator/sales rep was helpful is getting us a manufacturer rebate.

The company called me about 20 mins before the service tech showed up at my house. The service tech (I didn't catch his name) could not have been a nicer person. Very efficient - after he was done, he showed me how to operate the furnace humidifier that we had installed late spring 2007. (I haven't had to turn on the furnace since it was installed.) A class act all around.

Not sure if problem is fixed, because furnace wasn't making the noise when the technician was at the house.

I called four companies for estimates on a new furnace. Jim Chesbrough, sales rep made appointment and was on time. He was low pressure and easy to work with regarding price and installation.

I called Favret because I saw on Angie's List that they had not charged other people if the cleaning wasn't needed. I wasn't sure if I needed it but had some excessive dust so I called. It turned out that the ducts had been cleaned previously and my issues with the dust were probably just because the house hadn't been really lived in for awhile. Bill gave me some information about my heating system. I appreciate them not taking advantage of my naivety.

The technician called first, arrived on time and was very professional. In a situation where he could have easily sold me a new blower and several hours of labor, he recommended a 1 year service contract that would inspect/clean/lubricate the furnace now and then allow for a second visit in the Spring to do the same for the A/C unit. They'll even make the call to schedule the springtime visit! The furnace is running like new again!

Favret sent a technician the same day I called. That was great, as I was taking time off from work and needed to accomplish as much as I could that day. I received a call when the technician was on his way. Actually, I had a small leak and I thought it was coming from my air conditioning lines. Travis checked it out and informed me that it was a plumbing problem. He proceeded to check out my furnace. He was very friendly and explained all that he was doing. He even gave me some history about my furnace. He seemed very informed about the furnace, and made me feel confident in his work. I have used this company before, and have always been very satisfied with them. I used a coupon when paying for the work.

With the discount I felt the price was fair. They worked consistently and I felt they did everything the way they said they would.

Subscribe to maintenance agreement with spring/fall heating and cooling checks. This company is very trustworthy. They do not cut corners and skimp on details. I have found them very honest and would recommend them to anyone looking for ethical heating/AC repair work. They do not try to sell you something you don't need, and try to help you maintain what you have. But when I do invest in a new system, I am sure I will buy from them.

Previously I've always been impressed by the professionalism and thoughtfulness of this company. This time there were mis-communications with the installers and a problem created for me. Though I asked them several times to close the front door, they often left it open for several minutes while talking to each other or doing something outside. One of us has serious allergies to mosquitoes and many mosquitoes got in. I tried to watch every time the installers went in or out so I could go close the door, and they may have resented this or the fact that I asked them repeatedly. I had to leave for work before they finished. When I got home the manuals were left but the furnace had the back side open. Not knowing whether they were finished, I called Rich, who sent out Tim Deaner to finish the job. He corrected several things, was great about explaining various matters to me, and was extremely considerate. My service contract is conditional on Tim's doing the work.

These guys were awesome! Two gentlemen came over to do the work, and they were both very friendly, conscientious, clean, and hardworking. They were great around my children (ages 1 and 3) and were very considerate of them, even trying to adjust their work to accommodate the children's schedule and trying hard to clean up after themselves whenever anything managed to get onto the floor. They were careful to describe everything they were doing in detail, and made sure to show me everything that was being pulled out of the ducts so that I knew the job was being done right. I would not hesitate to use this company again; they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. And I can tell a huge difference in the air quality in my home now; no more scratchy throats or daily dusting. Definitely money well-spent. I did get a coupon from their website on the internet for $100 off, otherwise it would have cost $470 instead of $370.
