They service is excellent, it is a little pricey but I would expect that. They do great work and the technicians are very good. I prefer to pay the extra money to get a better service.

I thought that they were very reliable and professional. They weren't overly aggressive in trying to sell products, that was our concern with other companies.

Well the crew was very friendly, they installed the unit in a shorter period of time than I expected. I'm very pleased with the quality of the unit and the installation. However, there was a bit of a mix up with getting the permit and inspection from my city inspector. There was one employee left behind to finish up my installation and show me the new unit. He demonstrated how to operate my new programmable thermostat, but didn't ask for the check like I had expected since Paul had told me payment was due at completion of installation. When I inquired about it, he said he guessed they would just invoice me because no one had told him to get the check. (I was actually glad I hadn't paid yet later.) He also didn't tell me how to go about getting the permit/inspection from my city, so I assumed this was my responsibility and simply called our city offices the next day. According my city's records, Favrett hadn't filed an application for the permit, so I called Paul to find out what was going on and he wasn't horribly responsive. He did call a few days later to ask where my payment was, though, and I informed him that I would send it out as soon as the permit and inspection were taken care of. I didn't hear from Favrett again, so I ended up scheduling the inspection myself. Then, a rep from Favret called about a week or two later to find out when they could schedule the inspection. When I informed him that I had already done that, he got kind of mad at me because he claimed they'd paid for two permits. I told him that they should make sure the people left behind to finish up the installation know what to tell the homeowner, and that I was just trying to make sure my house was up to city code. I didn't hear from them again. In the end it all worked out. Positive experience overall, but it was very frustrating for a while. Still, I would use them again -- the installation and the warranty on the unit are excellent. And now I know what sorts of questions I need to ask the next time this comes up!

They came out and there was a switch that somehow got turned off. They fixed the problem.

I have a maintenance contract with them and they bill me. They always cover their shoes before they walk into my house. They always clean up where they've worked. They are always clean, neat, and polite. They are very friendly, other companies are so business like. I would recommend them to anybody. I will continue to use them.

They were good. When we called they told us how much it would cost and that's what we paid. They gave us advice on the filters and they seemed to know what they were talking about.

It was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and they were able to come out that day. They only charged their regular rates for Monday-Saturdays, which was nice.

Their quality, professionalism, promptness, and everything else involved with their service is excellent. Their prices are a bit high but it's worth it. Their follow-up and the entire staff that takes part in the work is also excellent. They also clean up very well.

Fantastic! I was so pleased that he was able to spot the problem and suggest a much less invasive solution. I was expecting a $2,000 job and I ended up with a bill for $211. How wonderful that they were able to provide an inexpensive alternative when they could have racked up a big job. They were extremely punctual and were in and out in a little over an hour. He wouldn't give me a quote - said they would charge time and materials and told me that it would be lower to price it this way. However he did say it was $80 an hour + materials. I assumed 2 hours and was looking for a $250 bill. I would definitely call them again.

Bill came to my house on time. He had a lot of digging to do to unearth my air conditioner from the mulch. I offered to do the digging, but it was hot, and he did it all for me. He took the cover off of the air conditioner, cleaned it up with the hose, made it sparkle inside, tested it, and put it all back together. After that, he went to the basement and cleaned all of the crud out of my furnace. It had never been cleaned before. He tested it, put everything back together AND cleaned up all of the muck from the cleaning out. He had a great sense of humor, and was friendly and professional.

The boys came in the morning at the time arranged. They brought a huge vacuum, about the size of a furnace into my basement, cut 2 large holes in the ductwork, and drilled many small ones. Then they proceeded to suck all of the dust and dirt out of the ducts. It was noisy, but the noise told me how thorough they were at getting to all of the system. They showed me what they were doing at all times and were polite and professional. When they were done with the dirt, they plugged up all the holes and cleaned up.

The tech's were wonderful, they were accommodating.

There service was very good. They where very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They did their job in a fashionable matter seeing there was a lot of work to do. The price was very good. There was a sale at the time and they told me about it. To me that made them very honest.

Jim Chesbrough visited our home, inspected the existing equipment, analyzed the duct system and discussed our home s HVAC needs and the equipment options with us in detail. He then prepared a timely and professional estimate. As it turned out, we decided to purchase a different brand of equipment so we went with a different contractor.

The experience with them is always excellent. They are always very friendly and answer questions well. Their prices are fair and they are very reliable. They come right out when you call. They seem very competent, and don't spend a lot of time chitchatting.

They responded to my needs that I defined very well. They have worked with me and communicated very well on the work they are doing. I highly recommend them.

It was a good experience. They are not cheap, but we would hire them again. He didn't mess around and was on time and actually finished ahead of time.

It went very well. They answered the phone promptly, were very courteous, and scheduled someone to come out the same evening. They had someone on the way within an hour, including a notification call. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The technician that came to our home was great about cleaning up after his work, explaining his work and answering my questions, and educating me on next steps and future preventive maintenance. Work was complete in about 1.5 hours. Based on their hourly rate, it made more sense for us to purchase their annual service plan, which paid for today's work as well as another inspection and cleaning of our system in the winter, and service discounts and priority.

The tech they sent on Saturday, Herb, was a very polite individual. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and spoke highly of the company he worked for. He also sold us a service contract! We will definitely continue to use Favret Heating and Cooling as long as they continue to employ techs of this caliber.

This was a routine inspection. It went well.

They said it was my responsibility to have the chimney swept out before they put the correct nozzle in. The dirt and inconvenience was horrible and it should not have been my responsibility. They should have paid for it.

Two person crew arrived on time at 9am and were finished by mid afternoon. No particular problems. I can't really say whether the price I paid, $475, is appropriate for this service since I've never had anyone clean my air ducts before. I have nothing with which to compare it. When I think about how dirty the air ducts were, however, I don't feel $475 was unreasonable. If I need this service performed again in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use the same company.

Low on refrigerant, was not cooling, fixed quickly and returned to service.

Great work-- our air conditioning abruptly stopped working and a technician was at our house within an hour of our call. Our technician, Bryan, was extremely personable and helpful.

I was completely impressed with them. They took the time to sit down and explain everything to us before they started the job and did not pressure us into anything we did not want. They came in and had the new units installed and working properly in the same day they started.
