They were responsive, quick and competent. They met all schedules, and did what they said they would do.

They promise to try to send out the same technician everytime. This particular technician that we use very knowledgeable and took his time and explained the system to me and how it works. Our first winter here, the heat went out because it was set up awkwardly, and they fixed it and it has been fine ever since. They are very considerate of my home. They put booties on their feet and change them frequently. They clean up everything.

Overall our experience was OK. The service tech did a fine job checking and cleaning the furnace. At the end of the service call, I gave him my credit card to pay our bill. The gentleman was put out by the fact that I wasn't paying by check. Apparently he was somewhat new to the company. Instead of apologizing for not knowing how to do the task and then taking the extra time needed (which would have been completely understandable), I ended up apologizing for wanting to pay this way.

I called on a Tuesday, and they came on Wednesday. It's a very good company and I would recommend the service contract for the reduction on parts and also a priority if something goes wrong.

They couldn't come at the initially arranged time. They called and rescheduled. They came at the time they said they would. They were up front about the cost and it took less time than they thought it would take.

They were excellent. All the people were working and were on top of everything. They were very professional, personable and nice. I would recommend them to others.

I had a set appointment and they came five or ten minuets early. It was easy getting in touch with the company. They were easy to talk to and helpful by offering advice on the service. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.

On time. Efficient. Instructed on the care of the outside A/C unit.

Annual check up. Favret installed a new furnace and A/C for us quite a few years ago. We have had some repair needs over the years. They have always been very punctual and professional.

Favret appears to offer a great coupon on their website. I scheduled an appointment. Unlike many companies that charge a flat fee for the check up, Favret gives you a price for the first half hour and then adds to it for every 15 minutes they go beyond the first half hour. My appointment took a little longer than I expected and I wished I had watched the time to see if the charge was accurate. Apparently, I was low on refrigerant as well which added to the cost. I ended up spending a lot more than I expected even with the coupon. I have to assume that the technician was working as fast as he could and that I needed the refrigerant as I am not a heating and cooling expert. However, I may try one of the flat fee companies next time.

Favret scheduled the services on the same day, which was nice. The duct cleaning was in the morning and the service on the furnace in the afternoon. All of the workers were kind and thorough. They took their time and were all pleasant to deal with.

The Favret serviceman was able to identify the problem quickly and accurately. He found that the batteries in the thermostat had corroded and the circuit wasn't being completed. This problem had not been found by a competitor who did a routine fall furnace inspection four days earlier. The competitor did find $1500 worth of repairs that Favret said were not really necessary.

They were quite responsive. They came out in less than a day. They showed up with booties on their feet so that way they wouldn't drag in mud or dirt. They stayed on task.

It was a great experience. The crew was engaging, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done ahead of schedule. They did a wonderful job explaining our new furnace and air, and how to take care of the units. They left my house as clean as when they arrived. I would only use Favret in the future.

The overall job went well. There were a few times when my phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, and sometimes my calls were not returned at all. But the job got done and my house is warm.

They did an excellent job and am very happy with the unit and it's operation. They answered all my questions. Their price was competitive.

The repair man was on-time to fix our A/C unit which was turning on when the thermostat would reading below the temperature set. He explained to me that the thermostat was broken and could not be fixed so we would need to replace it. I told him that we were doing renovations in a few months so could he install a programmable thermostat that we could use when we renovate. He was very confused but said he would do it, and then it took him hours to do service the units and then he charged us by the hour, but did not replace the thermostat. (We ended up just calling the HVAC guy who will be doing the renovation to install the new thermostat.)

During annual cleaning/servicing, determined that one component was going back. Order replacement part and repaired within 1 week.

I have been using Favret for a decade. I buy the annual service contract, which includes maintenance of my furnace and AC as well as top priority if service calls are needed. They installed both of my units and they have been of excellent quality. Their service has been superb.

They are always her on time. They are very professional and the workers all work very hard. They clean up very well after themselves, and never make a mess.

It was really really good! The heat really bothers me and my health, and it was going to be a week until they could come out, so when I told them about my situation they pushed a few appointments back so that they could come the next business day.

They are very good. They come out whenever we need help. When they installed our air conditioner we had problems with it freezing up. They kept coming out until it worked right. I called two days ago and they came today to install the hot water heater. They were quick and efficient.

It went real well and are very pleased. We liked the carrier system they had and the salesman was honest and upfront and we trusted him. The appointments were on time and they cleaned up well. They were very professional. They took a day longer than originally expected to complete the work, and that was a little inconvenient. They had originally planned on sending two people to do the installation but they got busy and were only able to send one.

We discovered that our furnace was not working just as it started getting cold. I called Favret to schedule an appointment. It took a week to get someone out because it was not an emergency. The repairman came out, discovered the problem which was caused by water leaking into the control panel and shorting it out. He got the new part that day and corrected the problem. He sealed the box to keep water out. I just wish he could have told me how water got on the furnace. I also signed a contract for annual service and emergency service.
