EXCELLENT quality of expertise shown by the installation team as well as time efficiency. I also appreciated how they provided detailed verbal information along with fixing areas not spotted in the original sales call at no additional charge. All old material was hauled away and the basement left cleaner then they began!

We have been using Favret since we moved to Columbus in 1997, mainly because the furnace of the house we bought had their sticker on it. Technicians are always knowledgible and polite. We subscribe to the maintenance plan from Favret where we pay a yearly fee and they inspect AC and furnace in spring and fall, respectively. This also gives you some priority and discount on new products, I think. This really helped us a few years ago when our AC went out and quickly replaced. This time we were noticing a problem with the AC just before the Favret inspection in October. They found we needed a new furnace. The salesman came out the next day and we got the new furnace the day after that. I am very happy with the fast response. Granted this the off season. We also have a son with special needs who cannot sleep except under precise temperatures - I think Favret knows this and makes a special effort. Yes, I hear the same radio commercials about H&C companies snookering people, but this furnace was 20 years old and Favret has been maintaining it for 10 years for us, so if they are trying to pull a fast one they sure are slow about it. Favret always calls before they arrive, but when someone came to inspect the job we got the call just a minute or two before they arrived. This is my only small complaint. But if they are always this responsive I can live with this. Also recommend the maintenance plan - in this case it allowed us to get a problem fixed before bad weather could have made for a really bad situation.

The work was done quickly and well. They arrived before 9am and my new AC was working prior to 2pm.

I have used them for 18 years. I have them out on schedule , they come if I have an emergency and thankfully I haven't had many. I'm on a contract.

We're on an annual contract with them. They do it twice a year. There is a limited warranty. We pay for the service which then provides also immediate access to them if we need service. We have used them for a good number of years. Their technicians are on time. They do their work. The heating and air conditioning have functioned well since they have been servicing the unit. The inspection takes an hour. Their cleaning is just fine, that's part of their professionalism.

I've used them for 50 years. They're my favorite. I've used them for my mom's house. I bought a house for her to live in; it needed a furnace and A/C. They're always my go to if I need any A/C or heating. I've used them since our first house.

They came out and did the whole thing. It's a one time deal. They will come out to service it if we want them to do.

They installed our new air conditioning and furnace system probably about 5 years ago.

They come every fall and spring. We have a maintenance contract with them.

It started well but ended poorly, though I expect they were just working with the bottom of the tech barrel on the July 4th holiday weekend. I made the call on Monday, July 3rd and the talking to the team on the phone went great. They sent someone out much faster than expected. They gave me a ring to let me know the tech was on the way, so I ran over to the house, and the tech showed up about 30m later and began diagnosing the issue. Throughout the diagnosis he kept asking me if he should continue, and if he did it was going to take more time and his time was very expensive. I let him know the goal was to get it fixed, so lets please continue. It was painfully obvious that he wanted to be somewhere else. This continued about every ~10m for ~45m. At one point he gets the A/C working, but there's obviously a leak, I can hear it with the system running, and its incredibly loud with the system off. When I ask him about it, he tells me he can't hear anything, he has bad hearing. After I literally convince him to investigate, he wants to cut a hole in the primary supply duct to diagnose a possible leak, when he obviously needed to remove three screws to pull off a cover for appropriate access. So I removed the three screws for him, it took about a minute. Once we look inside we determine that one of the capillary tubes in the A-Coil is busted, and it is not possible to repair the system. Bummer, but that's life. When he was done wrote up the bill showing up 30m earlier than he actually did, and told me he wasn't going to charge me for the time to write up the bill! There is absolutely no exaggeration in this story. Based on the reviews here it seems these guys have really good people working for them, I just didn't get one of those guys.

I have been very happy with them. I don't know if it is because I renew a contract yearly but they will put you first if an emergency arises. They are courteous and prompt. I've always been very satisfied with them. I don't have a comparison on price to grade them.

We have a service contract with them and pay about $200 for the year. They're very responsive. We've been using them continuously for 15-20 years.

It was actually something under warranty, so it was covered. It was under warranty so there was no charge. One person came out to complete the job. It took him about 20 minutes.

Service have been in a regular basis. They are here on time and does the necessary work only.
