Description of Work: WE HAD A HEAT PUMP INSTALLED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, AND THE UNIT STARTED TO MAKE ALO OF NOISE. WE CALLED FAVRET, AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO FIX IT. THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, AND ADHERENCE TO THEIR GUARANTEE.
