Description of Work: I''M SIGNED UP FOR FAVRET''S ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT. THEY CAME OVER AND DID THEIR SPRING INSPECTION AND CLEANING OF THE AIR CONDITIONER. FAST, EFFICIENT, AND FRIENDLY. AROUND THE SAME TIME, MY HUMIDIFIER STOPPED WORKING. TRUE TO THE CONTRACT, THEY CAME OVER THE VERY NEXT DAY, FOUND THE PROBLEM (A CLOG IN THE FILTER), AND GOT IT BACK UP AND RUNNING, ALL AT NO CHARGE. GREAT STUFF!

Description of Work: I ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT WELL IN ADVANCE (ONE WEEK) OF THE TIME I WANTED THEM TO COME SINCE IT WOULD MEAN TAKING OFF WORK. THEY GAVE ME A FOUR HOUR WINDOW ON WHEN THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WOULD ARRIVE. AFTER THE FOUR HOURS WERE UP I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY SAID THEY HAD TWO MORE SERVICE CALLS AHEAD OF ME. AFTER FIVE HOURS OF WAITING THE SERVICE PERSON STILL HAD NOT SHOWN UP AN I LEFT. THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE ON MORE BUSINESS THEN THEY CAN HANDLE.

THEY RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, MADE AN APPOINTMENT QUICKLY AND KEPT THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT AS MADE. THEIR SALESMAN WAS PERSONABLE AND GAVE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS. THE ESTIMATE WAS WITHIN A REASONABLE RANGE OF OTHERS. I DID NOT CHOOSE THEM FOR THE FINAL JOB ONLY BECAUSE THE SECOND COMPANY DID A MORE THOROUGH JOB OF EDUCATING ME ABOUT HEATING AND AC AND OFFERED ME A FEW MORE OPTIONS THAT I WAS NOT OFFERED BY FAVRET AND DID NOT KNOW TO ASK ABOUT.
