Description of Work: INSTALLED A NEW BLOWER MOTOR. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS A VERY COLD WEEKEND EVENING AND THE BLOWER WENT OUT. IT TOOK FAVRET AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE ABOUT 3 HOURS TO RETURN MY CALL. TECH DID COME OUT THAT EVENING, BUT HAD TO ORDER THE PART. I HAD TO CALL THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF IT WAS IN (VERSUS THEM CALLING ME). IT DID COME IN, AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE FIRST CALL TO FINISH THE JOB. ALTHOUGH RESPONSIVENESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LESS THAN PERFECT, I WAS OVERALL SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO SOME OTHER ESTIMATES I GOT.

Description of Work: INSPECTED FURNACE AND INSTALLED AIR FILTER IN BROKEN ELECTRONIC AIR CLEANER. THIS WAS DONE THE SAME DAY AS FAVRET WAS CLEANING OUR DUCTS. DUE TO A SCHEDULING PROBLEM, THE DUCT CLEANERS HAD TO STOP WORK WHILE THE FURNACE WAS INSPECTED AND FILTER INSTALLED. STILL VERY GOOD OVERALL.

Description of Work: FURNACE WAS NOT BLOWING HOT AIR, I CALLED ON 10/22 FOR SERVICE WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT ON THURSDAY 1024 BETWEEN 12-4. I HAD TO CALL AT 3PM AND ASK ARE YOU STILL COMING? 4:10 SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY SHOWED UP. MOST OF MY AFTERNOON WAS WASTED. 10/24 COMPANY CAME OUT GAVE ESTIMATE AND CHARGED 80 BUCKS. I WAS TOLD CIRCUIT BOARD WAS BAD AND IT NEEDED REPLACED. SERVICE PERSON WENT TO TRUCK AND SAID HE DID NOT HAVE PART WOULD BE BACK TOMORROW 1025. AT 6:30P FRIDAY, I HAVE TO CALL TO FIND OUT IF ANYONE WAS COMING OUT. EMERGENCY SERVICE SUGGESTED I CALL BACK ON SATURDAY MORNING. AT 7:30P SERVICE PERSON CALLS AND SAYS WAS ON THE WAY. ARRIVAL TIME WAS 7:45P IT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO REPLACE PART. I WAS OVER CHARGED. I WAS CHARGED 44 SERVICE CALL AGAIN ALONG WITH THE CIRCUIT BOARD 150 BUCKS. I CALLED AROUND TO A VERY WELL KNOWN HARDWARE STORE AND WAS TOLD THE PART WAS $103 NOT $150. I WAS DOUBLE DINGED OVER-CHARGED AND POOR RESPONSE TIME.
