They were quick to respond as I needed to change the locks due to a family situation. They came out the same day and I believe they were out w/n 2 hours.

I called in the morning and made a 3pm appointment to address a non-working residential deadbolt. After driving a hour and a half, I had to wait until 355 for the worker to arrive in a small sedan. He tried the key, said it would have to be drilled out at the cost of $168; with that price tag I presumed it was a complicated process. He said he could replace the lock and key it alike for an additional $70 or so; when I winced, he said maybe he could offer a discount. Frustrated with the delay and rapidly losing daylight, I told him to go ahead if he could do it for $200. He agreed, got his drill and had the lock off in less than 2minutes with two simple drill holes; I was shocked that this was worth the charge. He replaced the deadbolt with a mismatched LSDA lock and did key it alike after grinding out the striker so the bolt would engage. All tolled, he was there for maybe 25 minutes. I've had similar recent experiences with locksmiths which were far less expensive.
