Olge showed up within hour of appt but kept me apprised of when he would be there. He did excellent work of making me a new car key. Very polite.

Service was good except for 2 things. I did not need immediate service so asked for a time the next day after 1pm. They did not call or show up so I called them. It was like they didn't remember my request. But then they showed up. I also was unable to rekey a lever lock on a storm door because the tech did not have a cylinder that size. So we chose another option. I would say give him the tools he needs to do any job and he would be able to do it. Very courteous and polite while at my home.

Eugene as professional and polite. He arrived in 20 minutes on a 10pm call. I would use his/their services again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I needed a spare key fob for my LEXUS GX 460...it wasn’t an emergency. They ordered the fob and had me squared away within 48 hrs. They came to the house and he had the fob synced and emergency key cut within 10 minutes. It was all very hassle-free. $225

After a long flight we arrived back at the Columbus airport only to find we could not get into our vehicle. After talking with the gentleman on the phone we had Austin out to help us within about half an hour. He was professional and quick and knew exactly what he was doing. Being that it was a weekend the price was more than fair. I would recommend this company to anyone.
