About us

Family owned business that we started in 2006. We have one office manager and two full-time technicians. Vans are clearly marked and technicians wear uniforms. All technicians have annual background checks. We are insured, and are compliant with BWC. We charge a flat rate for ours services using a standard pricing and do not charge extra for weekends. We do not charge for travel but do have a service fee to perform our 10 point inspection of $49. We do not extra charge for after hours services. Additional phone #'s: (614) 595-0086. Description of Work: They said they fixed a problem with birds in my vents. They said they took care of it but the birds are worse now. I called them back about it and they said they'd come back out but they never did. I paid them to clean two vents but they only did one.

Hello, We had an appointment to address the issue but nobody was home. We need someone home to make sure we have the issue addressed. We can resolve the issue, we just need someone home when an appointment is made. Great so far.
Description of Work: Cleaned vent from dryer up through outside vent which is above the 2nd story level. I paid $89 above the $199 cleaning cost to have new inside vent connections installed and new venting hose.

Depending on the type of laundry, frequency, and if you have pets, and the length of the dryer vent line (and number of turns), you may need to have the line cleaned on a regular basis. We also delint the inside of the dryers when we feel that there could be lint buildup in the machine. Remember dryer manufacturers recommend your dryer vent line be cleaned annually. Thank you for the feedback and business. Long dryer vent lines (more than 25' ) need an extra boost to pull the lint out the line. Also for every 90 degree turn, it effectively adds 5' to the length of the line. So the straighter and shorter, the better. But sometimes there are no good options and for a long line, a booster fan is a great solution. It will improve dryer performance, and help prevent buildup in the line itself. Still, these lines and booster fans need periodic cleaning. Thanks again! Rick

We really work hard to strive for the best service and we are the only company that specializes just in dryer vents - everything from cleaning, to replacing connections behind the dryer with safe venting, or replacing or rerouting lines with code compliant material. We also now delint the interior of dryers. Many times we find potentially serious lint buildup right next to heating elements in dryers. So, if needed, we can clean the lint out of the dryer as well. Our price doesn't change when we begin unless we find more issues and then we will make you aware of it before continuing. Some cleanings take more time than others. We do a 10 point inspection before we do any work, which also takes time. I am sorry you were disappointed with the price but I am glad that you were happy with our work.
