They were very courteous, prompt, and nice. A man by the name of Francis was here, and he was very professional. He took out the old parts and did not leave it for us to dispose of it. When I had originally called, I asked what the range of the price would be, and they said the highest it would be would be $89. Because we had to replace piping, the price was $189. They had no idea ahead of time that they would have to do any replacement, so I understand the price descrepancy.

He did a great job. I had to schedule on a Saturday. He was prompt and even honored a price that was given for multiple cleanings in the neighborhood, even though I was the only one he did that day. He even vacuumed out behind the appliances and waited while I painted the walls in back of the appliances. He cleaned up afterwards and we were very impressed with this service.

They were very good, however a little pricey. The project turned out to be larger than we had anticipated, but the technician stayed and got it all done in one day.

It went great. It was something I have been wanting to have done. I didn't even know this category existed until I was going through the categories looking for something else. I am sure this has added many years of service to my dryer plus Ijust feel safer regarding fires.

The serviceman arrived on time. He spent about two hours thoroughly vaccuming the air duct. He also reconfigured the vent connection from the back of the dryer to the vent in the wall immediately behind the dryer. The dryer is in a tight-fitting laundry closet off of our kitchen. The new configuration is much more efficient. He also checked the condition of the washing machine water hose connections. The serviceman did a good job cleaning up after himself. He handled himself professionlly at all times.

My vent had been clogging up and the dryer was not operating properly. I called Dryer Vent Wizard.They sent someone out the next day. He was very professional. He showed me what the problem was and explained the options for fixing it. When we discovered that the current vent had not been properly installed, he made some last minute adjustments to fix that problem as well. Everything looks great and the dryer is working like new.

Rick installed a aluminum vent pipe run and secured it in place with some ties. The company was very responsive and Rick was nice. I think the price was high though.

The price was very agreeable and they did a beautiful job. They were very nice and I would certainly have them again.

Great. Frances arrived as promised. We actually had to reschedule once because I had to leave for work early and they quickly accommodated my new date. Frances checked things out, including going into the never popular crawlspace to check the vent system under the house. He broke the news about the length and the turns/u shapes. He gave me an estimate and also recommended that I get rid of the flexible venting that I was using from the dryer to the wall. He replaced that with a much smaller metal vent. At the beginning, he was only measuring .5 from the outside vent; after finished, it had gone up to 13.2. I find my clothes dry in about 1/3 the time, so I'm saving electricity as well as wear and tear on my dryer. I actually could see the dust/lint flying around outside as he cleaned it. It was pretty bad. I think cleaning it probably saved a fire. Frances was also great with my two Jack Russell Terriers. He recommended because of the length of the venting system under the house and the two dogs, that I have this done yearly. He let me know what the price would be, considerably less because he fixed the problems while he was here this time. I would definitely use them again.

They covered the cost of the repair under the warranty.

The process went fine. The technician showed up on time, was cordial and professional. The dryer works much better now! After the initial visit, subsequent yearly cleanings are approximately $115.

Called Dryer Vent Wizard after seeing their coupon in Angie's List and the number of awards they'd received. Phone service was quick and helpful; called on Monday, technician was here on Thursday. Mr. Coleman, the technician, was very helpful, professional, and nice to work with. He explained very well what was needed and showed me everything. I was particularly happy with his explanation that the vent hose was not up to fire code and should be replaced, and that the washer hoses were inappropriate and could burst, and very pleased with how he was able to solve those problems immediately. He worked quickly, made sure I understood everything, and cleaned up nicely. He also had recommendations for duct cleaning, and made himself available if I have any questions in the future. I look forward to working with him again.

The overall experience was fine. The owner seemed very nice. When the guy came out he tried to charge us a different price, but when I told him that the owner said that he would take for the service, he changed his price back and didn't argue with anything. I thought that was a little odd. I gave them a B on price because what we paid was fair, what they wanted us to pay was not. The difference in price was $200 from what the owner had quoted us, and that was kind of strange. I couldn't figure out if the guy was an employee or an independent contractor working for the owner. I'd use them again if I needed to.

The experience was absolutely positive because of the care they showed in my home. Anything they got dirty they cleaned. They put on plastic covers on their boots when inside. They vacuumed up after themselves. They vacuumed the lint from the tube and behind the dryer. They arrived promptly; they arrived when they told me, finished when they told me. They were very professional and very prepared.

Francis arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. I am very pleased with the outcome. Now it only takes me 1/2 hour to dry clothes that used to take 2 or more hours. There is no more lint and dust flying in the air. Excellent job!

Great company to work with. Really know their business. The diagnosis and recommended options for our situation were thorough and complete. They performed quality work and were very responsive with callbacks and answering questions. Overall very customer-oriented and high quality.

It ended up being more expensive because they replaced venting that went outside. I think the price ended up being too expensive for me. I am not sure if I would use them again; I would call around for more prices first.
