They identified the problem and gave a couple of options to solve the problem. They did not go over their estimate of the work. They were very efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Overall, I was very happy with their job and professional behavior. They honored the Angie's List member discount. Wished it would have been cheaper though, but who doesn't.

The service tech cleaned out the vent and filled a 5 gallon bucket with lint etc. Dryer works great now. They also do an air test to show you how much better the dryer works and how it should work, I bought this service on the Big Deal.

I felt that the price was quite a bit. The interaction went fine. They checked the lint trap, but they didn't go outside. I had to have a dryer repair person come out because they should have checked outside. The hole that the vent was supposed to come out of was getting clogged. The dryer repair person actually cut some of the screen off. Their customer service was good. They were very professional. The quality of the work was good. They came within three days of my call.

The price was much less than what was three years ago. I was happy with the deal. They were prompt and seemed knowledgeable. They are very professional. They are more protective about the work.

my dryer was taking three to four cycles to dry. My husband tried to clean out the line and then broke it. We called them out not only dod they fix the line but they cleaned it too. We are back to one dry cycle and done!

They had good service. They were ontime and cleaned up after themselves.

I noticed cold air in the dryer and found the flap on the vent outside wasn't closing. I called them in the middle of the week and they were out the following weekend. I was very pleased with their services and the work performed and would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to anyone. I was thrilled with Francis' professionalism and honesty, something you don't find often these days. He was very helpful, did a wonderful job, and at a reasonable price.

We bought the special deal coupon, and scheduled the work. Had to reschedule once due to a slippery roof, but that indicated the level of professionalism of the company; they take their business seriously and treat their employees and their customers with respect. The second gentleman - and he was! - arrived on time, was thorough and courteous, and left us both feeling that we had hired the right company. Highly recommended!

I hired them as a part of an Angie's list, 'big deal' discounted service. The offer to clean my dryer vent looked like the correct work for the value. I called the company and they came out the next week. They gave me a window in which they would arrive and they did. The workman was professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took barely an hour, including my questions and him showing me some things. My dryer was in the basement, with the vent pipe in an accessible location, both inside and out. Most of the cleaning is done from the outside. The man used some brushes on a flexible shaft, like a chimney sweep brush only narrower. He showed me a section of the lint lined vent pipe before he cleaned it . There was about an inch layer of lint, coating the pipe. He also cleaned out some internal pipes in the dryer's hot air exhaust. Using another narrow brush he cleaned out a recessed channel behind the lint catcher screen that is generally over looked. I have had that dryer for 10 years, and routinely clean the lint catcher after each load. He told me to check back into having it cleaned again in about 3 years. My dryer use is for just myself and I use it no more than twice every other week. Which is not a lot compared to a family's use.

The technician was very polite and professional. The job was originally for just a dryer vent cleaning, but I decided to have the whole vent line replaced due to its age and condition. The technician gave me an estimate and patiently answered all my questions. He gave me tips on how to keep my lint filter, vent line, and dryer in good shape for the future. I know I made the right decision to get a new line when I saw how much material had accumulated in the line he removed.

After speaking with my husband re: the results he crawled into the crawl space. The pipe that is in there is already a 4' pipe. So we paid $39 for nothing. Thankfully it wasn't the $579 for nothing. I have called the tech- he left his cell # . The nuber never works. We have called the company numerous times. We ask for the manager to call us , he never does he has the tech call us. The tech has sd he would come back out and give us a reduce fee to clean out the pipe. I again called the company this week to speak to a manager/ owner, nothing , no returned phone calls.

It was great - Francis showed up on time. Did his job and then with the price, explained that a new promotion was starting the next day and he would do the service for that price.

Everything was great. It's a project we've been putting off for quite awhile, because our dryer vents out high up on the outside of the house. They told us what they were doing as they went along, and it was nice to see the results. Two technicians came to the house for the job. It was a quick job - about 5 minutes to do the vent, maybe 1/2 hour total from set-up to finish for the whole job, so the price seemed high to me. But, it needed to be done, we couldn't do it ourselves, it was done right, and we're happy with the result.

The tech arrived on time, inspected the vent. cleaned the vent. Did a good job. No complaints.

Excellent in all respects. Dryer was not heating to capacity because the connection was partially crushed and the vent had some blockage. When work completed the air volume out of the vent was more than doubled and the dryer now works to capacity. Price as estimated.

It went very well. The man was very nice, efficient, and courteous. He reconfigured the layout of my utility room to help me have more space. That was one of the most wonderful services that I have ever received from a service provider.

The day of my appointment a bad storm was coming in and I expected the company to call and cancel. Instead he called to ask if I minded him coming earlier than scheduled. He managed to finish the work done outside just as the rain started, then installed the new vent connector and checked out the dryer while the storm blew by. I was worried about him having so little work room in my tiny laundry "alcove" but he got the job done and did not complain about the tight space. The new connector did not take more room than the old one, so there is still the same amount of room to load and unload the dryer.

Birds started building a nest in our dryer vent. Since it's 30 feet off the ground, we could not reach it ourselves so we decided to call for help. We called 3 companies. Dryer Vent Wizard was just about the most expensive at $175, but since they told us that they could also install a protective vent cover (that would keep birds away) for an extra $50, we decided to hire Dryer Vent Wizard anyway. Dryer Vent Wizard showed up a few days later and cleaned out the vent as promised. However there were several problems during the service appointment: - The servicemen tried to add on a $30 service fee that we were not told about by phone. We refused to pay it. - Then we gave the servicemen the Angie's List coupon but they tried to deny it (since they had already "waived" the service fee.) Eventually we convinced them to accept the coupon. - Most frustratingly, the servicemen said that they do not carry the special vent cover in stock and that they would have to order it. So they weren't able to deliver on the main reason we hired Dryer Vent Wizard. Without the protective cover, the birds were right back at work in our dryer vent the next day. Eventually they came back to install the special vent, but it took nearly a month and several phone calls on our part to inquire about the status. Unfortunately, this company just didn't seem to have their stuff together.

The job was done ok and the dryer appears to be working a lot better. However, they left a huge mess of dryer lint and other debris in our yard. When I hire someone to do work on my house, I expect them to clean up after themselves. It was also a little annoying that they couldn't complete the job the day it was originally scheduled (didn't have an extension ladder with them, even though I mentioned upon scheduling the appointment that it was a second story dryer vent). Then the second day they didn't bring all the right equipment and had to leave and come back. Not really a big deal, at least they did get it done that day. Oh, and the day after I got the job done, they were running an Angie's list special on dryer vent cleaning that appeared to knock off over a $100 from their high prices. Great... I think I'll go with a local company next time for a more reasonable price and hopefully more considerate and professional service.

Tech arrived on time and prepared. I bought a new dryer last week and the installers placed a new accordian vent behind the new dryer, but it twisted back and forth behind my dryer in order to accommodate the length of the vent and the very tight space. DVW suggested a solution, showed me their hardware and special vent line product, and went to work replacing the former vent with a much shorter, non-accordian tube that appears and seems to work much better and is far more attractive to see. The air exiting this new vent blows out much faster and hotter than through the former accordian vent. I expect this will lead to faster dry times and less lint buildup, reducing electricity costs and reducing fire hazard.

They did a great job overall. The price was very high and that was disappointing.

We felt that the service we received, while a bit pricy, was well-executed. They even asked if they could come out early, which was appreciated. The great news is that we no longer have water in our dryer and the new dryer vent hose has made our old dryer work better, since we have a much better seal between the dryer and vent.

Exhaust flow sensor on my dryer indicated flow constraints. My home is 12 years old and I assumed it was way past due for a vent cleaning. Set appointment and he arrived on time. Thoroughly cleaned system and removed alot of lint. Drying times have noticeably improved and the exhaust flow sensor shows no flow constraints.
