Showed up on time. Cleaned area after job was complete. Reinforced vent in basement which was an added service at no charge. Would def use again .

Only needed the dryer vent cleaned but, It turned out that our dryer venting was installed incorrectly, so he fixed that, it cost more than I was anticipating.

I think there was confusion initially because I had them on my calendar initially 1 week out. When I called they told me I was on for the following week. That may have been my mistake so I won’t fault them for that. The tech did a nice job tracking the vents and blowing them out (we have two dryers- small one on ground floor and big one in basement). Had a sitter there to meet them and he sent me pictures. I expected air flow data in the receipt (he mentioned it and there is a spot for it) but there was none. The dryer does dry faster now though so I trust it worked. Cost for two dryer vent clean outs was $370. I think this is pricey but perhaps that is the going rate.

They did a great job cleaning the vents and checking on the whole dryer for potential problems. They were very thorough.

Lint had built up in the dryer hose over a number of years. The service man was able to totally clean it out. The clothes now dry in a fraction of the time. Next time I will not wait as long.

Francis was excellent!! He was on time, reviewed and evaluated the situation, and communicated the recommended action and proposal. From a customer experience, he was of the highest level and exceeded our expectations. The overall pricing of this job was of concern and seemed to be extremely high, especially for the dryer vent cleaning itself, and the cost of the repairs. And time will tell if the repairs are successful, even though it was a very difficult situation that Francis had to overcome with the most practical repair being agreed upon. While I recognize that labor and parts can add up, it is suggested that pricing be reviewed and at a minimum the Service Charge be waived or reduced when the customer purchases the service or product at the first appointment. Overall, Service was Excellent, Agreed Repairs Made appear to be Very Good, and the Pricing was Disappointing. My observation is that Dryer Vent Wizard of Columbus is an exceptionally well managed company that excels at Customer Service that Exceeds Expectations. And while I acknowledge that this level of Service and Performance justifies a somewhat higher dollar charge, I do suggest a review of their pricing levels perhaps with an eye towards Senior Citizen, AARP, Military Discounts, and others.

This is the third time over the last 6 years that we have had Dryer Vent Wizard come out. Each time we have had Francis and even requested him for this appointment. While they are not the cheapest date in town - he is very thorough and I appreciate that. The first time he ever came out he even had to crawl under our old deck to check where the dryer vented to the outside. Not sure everyone would do that. (We have since built a patio - so he no longer has to do that!) We always notice a difference after the dryer vent is cleaned and will hire again.

Tech showed up on time, talked me through his observations, completed the cleaning, and made recommendations. He was informed and informative.

Went well. He told me what he was going to do and made recommendations for future. Dryer has been collecting more lint in trap since it has been cleaned.

Dryer Vent Wizard cleaned our vent wh,en we first moved into our home; this was our second time using them. Today, our technician, Francis, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He checked the key areas and conducted the air flow test. Imagine my surprise at his honesty when he told me that our air flow was fine and we could wait another year before paying to have it cleaned! Francis also educated me on how to clean the outside vent. I will hire them again thanks to good technician service.

Service guy came over on time installed a new hard dryer vent to replace the flimsy one the the previous owners had installed. Didnt take too long the service guy also educated me on a couple of things I wasnt aware of and that was very cool. Def would hire again!

Francis did an excellent job to reconnecting the system to vent properly outside of house plus cleaned the vent.

It went extremely well. The vent and related exhaust pipe was cleaned and our dryer now works much more efficiently. I plan on hiring them again in a couple of years to perform a normal cleaning.

They were able to provide us a quote and perform the work in the same day! Our contractor arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and did a great job. We would recommend to everyone!

Professionalism was good, did everything as promised well and the dryer works well now. Overall it wasn't a great time because he was the "bearer of bad news" a bit concerning the set up that I have in my house- he informed me that the cage on the dryer vent there to prevent birds from coming in will probably just become clogged again within a year or two with lint, and it would cost $100 per cleaning of it (as opposed to $300 for the whole vent that I did this time). The other option presented of replacing the cage was very expensive. I have not verified this provided information with a second opinion, particularly because it's working fine now and I will just wait and see how long it takes for it to not work again, but everything stated seemed very plausible and I appreciated being told all of this information now as opposed to later just having unknown problems again later down the road. Would recommend.

All went perfectly. I no longer have dryer lint covering all the horizontal surfaces of my first floor. I couldn't be happier.

We ended up not needing their services. It was like for $100. They immediately provided me the information and were able to set an appointment right away. My interaction with them was very positive. The estimate I received was general.

They were expensive and they seemed to have fixed my dryer. The dryer wasn't drying very well. I'm not sure if my problem was completely solved. I still need to run things through the dryer twice. The guy was very thorough, checked things, made some recommendations, I appreciate all of that. It was a bit on the pricey side. They were very good about making an appointment and coming out promptly and things like that. He did a really good job of cleaning up after himself.

We've used the Dryer Vent Wizard and they are very good. I think they went above and beyond by helping us understand they we don't need to have it cleaned every year we could do every other year, it wasn't really very bad. We were concerned about some areas in the piping because it has to go thru a very , a lot of twists and turns to get out of the house. He said it was very clean. and we have nothing to worry about. He seemed very confident and did a very quick job. We felt he was very truthful someone we could trust.
