Description of Work: Everything was quite good and up to par. The only issue was when they tied into an existing drain line, they teed it into the other line instead of a using a Y. I now have poor flow with the new line during hard rains. I regret not making a bigger issue of it. I used to draw sewer line plans for a local civil engineering firm.

Description of Work: THESE FOLKS ARE RELIABLE, HONEST, AND DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, IN THE PAST, FOR PLUMBING ISSUES, AND TO CLEAR AN OUTSIDE DRAIN. THIS TIME, I WASN'T SURE IF I NEEDED THE DRAIN CLEARED, AGAIN, FROM MY FRONT GUTTER TO THE STREET -- IT IS AN UNDERGROUND DRAIN, SNAKING UNDER A CEMENT DRIVEWAY. THE DRAIN CONNECTION CLEANED MY GUTTERS FIRST, PER MY REQUEST, AND THEN TESTED THE GUTTER AND DRAIN. HE SUGGESTED THAT SINCE WATER WAS FLOWING TO THE STREET -- ALTHOUGH NOT TREMENDOUSLY FAST, THAT I HOLD OFF ON THE DRAIN SNAKING, AND KEEP MY EYE ON THE DRAINAGE AND SEE IF THE WATER WAS BACKING UP AGAIN, BEFORE I SPENT THE MONEY TO HAVE THE DRAIN SNAKED. THIS IS WHY I CALL THEM BACK AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED. THEY'RE HONEST AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY GET TO YOU FAST. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK?
