Description of Work: Replaced an outdoor frost free spigot. The work was done quickly (about an hour)and neatly. They paid particular attention to the sealed insulation we had done 2 years ago in the basement. The insulation looks untouched. Would surely use then again. Will have the come out to give us a quote on gutters. Probably this fall.

Description of Work: They installed 135 feet of 4 " pipe for the downspout and sump pump drains through the curb at the street. I had been trying to find a company to do this work for over a year. Finally Drain Connection responded a did a fantastic job. They cut the sod, dug the trench, placed all the pipe and glued it together, filled the trench and replaced the sod!! All in 3 hours. Great workers & great work!!!

Description of Work: We needed our drains from one side of the house downspout to the curb routed out and assessed. He came out right away. We were closing on our house the next day. He was honest and professional. We also got an estimate for repairing some damaged tile. I recommended them to my parents and they used them and had a good experience. Drain Connection did not try to oversell as my parents had gotten an estimate from another outfit to repair tile out to the curb from their downspouting. It was completely unnecessary and Drain Connection did the work that was needed. My parents had called them in for a second opinion. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Drain Connection installed a new residential downspout drain pipe and I had an outstanding experience in all respects. Would highly recommend them and hire them again in the future if needed.

Description of Work: I had them come and check a downspout drain to the curb to start ruling out other issues that may have caused a damp basement issues. They were very responsive, prompt, and performed the service. My only hesitation is that after I paid them, my payment wasn't logged appropriately and I have received late notices even after reaching out to resolve. It's currently being resolved, but is just a concern.

Description of Work: They snaked our main sewer line. It hadn't been done in a couple years, so there were a lot of tree roots & it took a little longer-- thus a little higher cost. The serviceman recommended doing it yearly, given the amount of roots he had to remove. Was running a little late from previous job but called to let me know, which I appreciated; and he actually ended up being pretty much on time.

Description of Work: I called Drain Connection about a garbage dispoal which had backed up the night before. They sent out a man the following day which was fast service. He repaired the drain by snaking it and repaired a section of pipe under the sink on the left side which had rusted. Not enough care was taken to protect the blond wood on the front lower edge of the cabinet leading to the sink, however. The repair was rather messy and some got on the wood and on the floor, possibly causing a small amount of permanent staining. The work was successful otherwise.

Description of Work: We used Drain Connection to dig a new sump well and install a new pump in the well. They were quick, knew exactly what they were doing, The pump works great, and seems to have solved the problem. Great service, would definitely use them again, just hope I don't have to.

Description of Work: They installed two drain lines. One required a new hole in the curb. The sod was removed. The pipe was buried and the sod was replaced. In two or three weeks the sod could not be distinguished from the rest of the lawn.

Description of Work: The plumber came out and "snaked" the toilet. We both thought it was fixed. About 4 days later we started having the same problem. The owner sent the same plumber back out. It turned out to be an old flange that was not properly installed. The owner actually had to come over and assist the plumber because it was such an unusual set up. They spent at least 3 or 4 hours figuring out the problem and fixing it. Becuase they didn't fix it the first time they came out the subsequent visits were no charge. These guys were great and very professional. They could have sold us any number of different services and we wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, they were professional and honest. I really appreciated that. We will be calling the Drain Connection every time because we feel they have earned our trust.
