+ -1 moreI REALLY WANTED AN OPINION AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG AND AN ESTIMATE ONLY. THEY PERFORMED A BASIC SERVICE CALL, BUT THERE REALLY WASN'T MUCH FOR THEM TO DO AS OUR GUTTERS WERE CLEAN. I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THEM OUT IF I'D KNOWN THE ESTIMATE WAS NOT FREE. I ALREADY KNEW DIRTY GUTTERS WASN'T THE PROBLEM. THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WERE PROFESSIONAL. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY COULDN'T HELP ME.

Description of Work: JOHN CAME OUT, EVEN BEFORE APPOINTED TIME (AND THAT'S A RARITY THESE DAYS), TO SEE IF A DRAINAGE PROBLEM WAS CAUSING SOME DAMPNESS IN OUR BASEMENT. WE WERE UNABLE TO FIND THE DRAIN EXIT RIGHT AWAY (WE HAVE NO CURBS) BUT JOHN PATIENTLY SEARCHED AND AT LAST DISCOVERED IT. HE CHECKED ALL DRAINS FOR FLOW AND FOUND THEM ALL WORKING PROPERLY. WHILE THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THERE IS AN UNDETECTED CRACK UNDERGROUND THAT CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED, JOHN TOLD US HOW TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS A BREAK (BUT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT HEAVY RAIN). BECAUSE THERE WAS NO BLOCKAGE THAT NEEDED CLEANING, HE WAIVED THE FEE PER DOWNSPOUT CLEANING AND ONLY CHARGED US A SERVICE CALL. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH VISIT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!
