Drain Connection

They did great. They put the old water heater in a bag so it would not drain throughout my house. It was at a reasonable price.

Responded promptly to my message and set up an immediate appointment. He arrived when he said he would, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and charged me less than half of what I had paid for leaking pipes previously. He was highly competent, courteous, and more than highly reasonable in price. It was a very good experience.

This is the third time that we have used DC and again, service was timely, effective, and efficient. They are a great company!

Andrew Keiffner has a lot of pride in his work. He takes the time to explain what he is going to do and gets the job done in a timely fashion.

Outstanding service. We were given an estimate over the phone, and the final price was right on. Andrew and his helper were on time, polite, efficient and fair. My 5-year-old son's comment when they left was, ''Those were nice guys, weren't they?'' Everything was great and we are very happy with the job. Without a doubt, we would hire the Drain Connection again.

I would highly recommend them. They did excellent work, they were prompt. They also completed the job when they said.

Andy had excellent customer service skills. I caused him to make a wasted first trip because I had said we had usable outside electric power outlets. When he found they were not working, he cheerfully rescheduled the job (the next time bringing his own generator). He automatically reduced the bill for the original drain cleaning once we agreed to the more extensive work. Andy also professionally handled a communication problem at the end. Because of our gas line, storm sewer location, & problems caused by the recently installed handicap ramp in front of our house, his crew had to install the pipe further away from the house than we had earlier agreed. I was initially distressed because of property line issues & called Andy quite upset. He immediately drove to my house & reviewed the situation, promising me he would move the pipe if needed. He then gave me a complete explanation of where it was placed & waived the entire initial service fee as a good will gesture.

I called yesterday, John came out today to clean the gutters. I really appreciated that he called in advance to let me know he was running a half hour late. He cleaned the gutters quickly and identified some loose gutters that need to be reattached. He was great! The price was very reasonable.

I called & they came out the next day. They had to buy a special part, which they did immediately. Very good service. (They also did a good job previously cleaning out my house gutters.)

The work was done in a very timely manner, and Andy was very professional in handling the estimate, scheduling, and follow-up. The work was done OK, except for the four breaks in my sprinkler lines that were caused- I will admit without hesitation that their proposal indicates that they are not responsible for this damage, and I also had a conversation with Andy about this. But, I would expect that they would exercise reasonable care to not harm them. I had prior work done two years ago by another company (not now in business) with no incident. To help Andy to this end, I provided drawings of our sprinkler system to help indentify where the lines were. Nevertheless, the breaks occurred causing $400 in damage. This was very frustrating, and probably unnecessary in my mind. My final comment would be their immediate insistence on payment. It seemed as if they wanted to be paid before I found out what had happened. The bottom line-nice people, but be cautious.

They were pretty good about returning phone calls. They got the job done fairly quickly.

John was very nice, polite, and personable. He informed me of areas of concern and what needed to be done. He was also concerned with the safety of my children who were playing outside while he was working. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely have them back.

One of the caps was in the crawl space, so it was difficult to get any machinery in. They came in with the best price by a long shot, and were always on time or early. They were just very nice and did all their work. It worked out great for us.

Dave and Stephen from the Drain Connection were a great team with obvious complementary skills. Very polite, they took care of protecting our carpet when bringing their tools and went above and beyond, for instance checking below our deck to inspect where our water problem might come from. They discovered an original drain in our basement. Instead of doing a sloppy job ignoring it, they cleaned it and connected the Sump well and pump to it. As a result, we have a perfectly dry basement (alleluia!). In the front, they did not save their effort and optimized the placement of the drain putting it behind a bush and sparing our lawn. Overall, a great home owner experience. I would recommend the Drain Connection, and Dave & Stefen's team anytime. Andy's price was competitive and he wanted to do a quality job. That is what the team delivered and it was well worth it. I keep staring at my basement and can t believe it is dry with all the rain we had... Thumbs up!!!

I was pleased Drain Connection could come quickly. I think the plummer didn't expect such a big job (nor did we!). The problem was fixed and we're not having any additional problems. The plumber left a mess. The toilet and floor needed a real cleaning.

They did a pretty good job and did the work quickly after I agreed to the estimate. It's easy to see where the turf was removed and it could have been a little tidier, but it's not bad. They did the other side of the house a couple years ago and it took about a year and a half for the lawn to no longer show where the pipe was put in. Otherwise, the job site was cleaned up nicely and they fixed a burst outside faucet for free along with this job. Another company estimated $900 for the same job and promised to leave the lawn pristine, which wasn't worth the extra money to me.

They are the best. Called at 12pm on a Friday and they showed up by 5pm. Made time for me. Checked and told me the old heater was covered by a warranty. Charged for labor only.

Charity and Andrew were a pleasure to work with. Charity actually listened to my problems and Andrew never even winced at my silly newbie questions. He explained everything he was doing and even cleaned up when he was done. This company has restored my faith in mankind :-) and the only good thing about my bad experience with the previous plumber is that I found Drain Connection as a result.

Two plumbers arrived on time and were able to solve our problems within a reasonable amount of time. They were polite and went about their work quietly. When they were done they cleaned up any mess from the "snake". I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems.

Made it out at the end of the same day I called (as scheduled). Was polite and easy to get along with.

THEY WERE HALF THE PRICE OF ANOTHER COMPANY I CALLED. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.

While this problem did not involve a service call, I have stored his name and will call him if we need one. I was impressed with his honesty and he responded in a timely manner.

Great job. They had a little harder time with one sink, but finally got it. One drain still leaked afterward, and they came back ASAP to fix it.

Workers worked very hard to get the larger hot water heater in its closet space. Workmanship was neat with having to redo all the piping to and from the hot water heater. No increase of price above the estimate was asked for even though the job ended up being more difficult and time consuming. I've used this company before and have always been pleased with their work.
