They replaced old plumbing with a new copper line and T, shutoff valve, and intake line into toilet. They were fast and cleaned up after they were done.

The job went great. Andrew, the owner, was a great communicator and prompt with returning calls. He did the estimate and sent a two-man crew out to do the job. The crew was very professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. The only minor complaint I had was that they dug up an azalea plant to install pipe under it. They forgot to replant it before we had a hard freeze. They replanted the next day after I pointed it out and it looks like it will survive.

They did a great job for me. They did a very professional job and I was very satisfied with them.

Andrew came to my house to fix some minor plumbing problems, and discovered that the valve that controls the water flow into the house was ready to burst. When he tried to shut off the valve that controls the water into the house, he found out it was too deep. He found the way to do the job and charged reasonably for his time.

I have two places leaking in my basement. He said I needed more top soil around my house for proper runoff and drainage, which has to wait until the spring. He snaked a downspout that was contributing to the problem.

They actually did the estimate for free (unlike some others that aren't truly free), were quick, and neat with the work. We will definitely call them again when we need any kind of plumbing work done.

Andy called me back and said he could arrive after noon. He then called back 5 minutes later and said someone would be right out. I was relieved to see that John, who had been to my home before for previous work, came 20 minutes later. He spent the whole day fixing the drains, snaking each run. I knew when he came in to write up the job that I would have no further problems with the drains. John explained what he found and how he remedied the situations. I am a repeat customer with this company and will continue to use them. I appreciate that they rearranged their schedule to fit me in immediately.

The two men arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up the mess, and advised me about improvements that needed to be made. They were polite and helpful while discussing possibilities to solve our drainage problems. I have consulted other companies about this situation. This is the only one that has ever given me a reasonable plan. I will hire this company to complete the larger job of replacing and enlarging our storm water drainage lines. The price charged was very reasonable, considering the age and size of our home. Gutter maintenance had not been done for a long time.

The wife of the owner called to follow up about the work (after the original quote). I explained that if they could do it the next day, before I left for my trip, that would be great. However, she didn't know she had to have someone come out to check for underground lines and called back to reschedule. I explained that they could come out and give me another quote to run along the house to the middle of the yard as a landscaping company had suggested. I reasoned that the cost would be between the original quotes from the father-in-law of the owner for the section just along the house ($294) or along the house to the road ($588). However, the brother-in-law of the owner came and gave my mother a quote for $882 and told my mother (who was at the house while I was away) that I needed to run the line in a different direction. The owner said he would come and talk to me in person (not on the phone or give a final quote), but I didn't want to take the time to deal with the company anymore.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job of loading and removing a variety of items ranging from junk items to old furniture. They were efficient and responded well to a changing list of items as I decided what I wanted to get rid of before the move.

Andy is a great plumber. The Delta faucets that were leaking are the type that freeze shut and are difficult to unfreeze in order to replace the inner parts. Andy found a great solution - slicing them open and reconnecting the ball-shaped control knob - and the faucets look great and no longer leak.

Andy & helper, they were on time. I feel the price was a little high, however, I had not checked other plumbers, knew their work was satisfactory and this happened Sunday the Sept 7th Holiday weekend and I did not get water until Wed. couldn't come Tues., work ahead to do.

Second time we've used Drain Connection. Called in am and got service in pm with very helpful calls to pinpoint arrival time for service. Clean, effective, responsive, professional. We had tried to fix but no success. Company tried hand auguer and moved up. Tough job so price was reasonable.

Drain Connection was on time for every appointment, showed up to do the work when scheduled, and completed all the work as it was specified. I didn't see it being done, but a neighbor watched and commented on their thoroughness and attention to detail. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The down spouts work great. All the water runs to the street. The crew was prompt, professional, and able to come on short notice, so that they did not delay the rest of the landscaping project. I admit that I was pretty picky on position/depth of the down spouts, and I requested schedule 40 rather than 35 for under both the new sidewalk and the drive. There was a minor issue where they forgot to fill the downspout under the sidewalk with crushed limestone. It was on the proposal, and it got over looked. They gave me the option to have them come back and do it at a later date or have my bill adjusted. Since waiting for them would have delayed 3 other contractors, I took the bill adjustment. I can understand how that happens. They were very fair with me, and it wasn't that big of a deal. I would hire them again.
