Very well. They responded quickly & courteously. Everything done in a efficient manner. They were paid on completion of job.

I spoke to Andrew, and he gave me the best price after having spoken to at least 4 other companies. He explained the kind of pipe that would be used. He came to my home, drew a diagram of the layout, how he would bypass a hawthorn tree and bypass the heat pump on the side of the house. His crew arrived as expected, worked and replaced the lawn that had to be dug up for the piping. My neighbors and I were amazed that we could not tell where the pipe was laid. The sod was replaced without the mess that one would expect. The entire job was done professionally, at what I consider a good price.

Ours got plugged up. They put a better line in than what the builder had put in to begin with. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

They were able to repair our water heater within 24 hours of our call. The service person was earlier than anticipated and he waited for me to arrive at the scheduled time. He was courteous and efficient.

I could not have asked for better results. John Hunt, the technician who did the job was professional and answered all questions as well as advice. His overall knowledge was excellent - he was also enjoyable to talk to as well. I live in an area called "The Circles" in Victorian Village. We have our "circles neighborhood association" where we recommend outstanding companies to neighbors needing jobs done. I will certainly e-mail our association to put the Drain Connection on our list of professionals.

He arrived on time and called in advance. It took about two hours. John was pleasant and informative. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I'm so pleased with the experience that I've been handing out his business cards to friends.

They were professional. The estimate they gave me was what they charged. They cleaned up after they finished. They were finished in one day. The job is guaranteed for ten years and I have not had any problems.

Our phone call was returned immediately. The visit to provide an estimate was prompt, and the explanations were clear. This is a small firm where you are dealing with Andy, the owner, or key folks he has carefully selected to work with him. The installation itself was very well done. One person worked non-stop for about 10 hours. He took pride in his work and in the appearance of our property after the work was done. With the sod he used, you couldn't tell that any work had been done after a couple of days.

John came right on time. He was very pleasant and personable. He cleaned the drain and put back products stored under the sink that he had to remove to do the job. He gave me advice on replacing a part that fits on the end of the faucet in another bathroom so that I could do it myself. This is the second time I have used this company and will do so again, when it's necessary.

I left a message on Saturday and they called back first thing Monday, just like their message said they would. We set the appointment for 4:30. He, John, called me to tell me he would be late, then again when he ran into traffic. I don't say this because it was a problem, but because I very much appreciated how he handled the setback and the communication. He unclogged the drain and was a pleasure to work with. He left the bathtub even cleaner than when he arrived and that was very much appreciated. I had the same thing done before, by a well known company and they were messy, scratched by tub and cost significantly more.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would, and did everything they could to minimize the damage to my yard. They were courteous and responsive to my questions.

Andy was very generous with his time. He visited and gave us some recommendations about how to address a drainage issue near the street at our home. This was not part of their services, but he was able to make some good suggestions for us. Great service.

When we saw how much water was coming back into the basement, we were concerned that we had an expensive problem to fix. The pipe was still connected, so I could not tell that it was not secure. John showed up on time, evaluated the situation, applied sealant to the pipe inside and out before reconnecting the pipe. Our basement has been dry ever since. I appreciate his honesty and would call him again if we have any plumbing problems.

Sink problem began Friday afternoon. The office scheduled a very early Monday morning appointment to accommodate my work schedule. The employee arrived on-time & took precautions to protect with my wood floor.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

They carried out the work as if it were their own house. Surplus soil was carefully spread. Large stones which were excavated were built into a small dry stone wall to conceal the new down pipe connections.

I recommend this company. They responded promptly to my call, explained options to repair or replace and cleaned up after finishing the work.

The company was able to send a serviceman the same day. "John" worked diligently for 1 1/2 hours but could not open the drain. He suggested that we call another company but charged us $70 for a service call. We felt this was unreasonable since he could not get the drain open and the other company he suggested was able to open it in only 10 minutes (and charged $132). I'm not sure if the ability to open the drain was due to experience, technique (the Drain Connection went through the tub drain; the other company went through the overflow drain in the tub), or equipment (he broke a piece of equipment during the procedure). I called the owner who was very apologetic and very reasonable - he returned our check to us in the mail a little over a week later. I can't give the technician an "F" for quality because he didn't do any harm - just couldn't get it unclogged.

He was considerate, thorough and honest. The price was very fair for the work that was done. Great.

I called the company to set up an appointment. After setting up the appointment they called me back only to inform me that they refused to come out to do the job. They would not give me any reason why.

Work went very well. Call was returned promptly and they came when promised. Spent quite a long time working on the drain so I felt the price was very fair.
