The work was fantastic and they did a great job. I hope I would never have to get the work done again. If need be, then I would definitely use their services in the future too.

He is fabulous and he was really a life saver. He was personable and professional, and we talked about projects that we can do in the future. He told me that he could repair the hole but he could also just replace the entire pipe. His price was half of what another guy quoted me and the man from Drain Connection was going to put the sod back over the part that was dug up which was not a part of the higher priced job. We were racing the freeze and I almost cried when they showed up because I was so worried. The crew was marvelous and they were willing to work even though it was freezing cold outside. They laid the sod carefully to the side and after they were done with the pipe they put each piece of sod back where it belonged. I never had to put down grass seed and you still cannot tell that there was a trench dug in my yard. I never felt like he looked down on me because I am a woman, he wasn?t at all patronizing like other service providers can be, and he answered all of my questions. I felt like he was looking out for my best interests and he was very articulate when we discussed the job. I would give this company an A+ if I could and I highly recommend them. He takes pride in his work and that is something that you can?t put a price on.

They were fine. It was on a weekend. I think the charge was $40 but during the week the charge is $15. They did a good job. I would recommend them. Whatever they did was done well and they came right on time.

There was a physical with the line so he could not clear the line. He didn't charge me the full cost because he was not able fix the problem. He recommended another company. I would have him back again.

I had a list of several plumbing issues I needed taken care of. Drain Connection fixed several leaky faucets at no charge and only charged me for the replacement garbage disposal. I have used them several times over the years and have found them to be extremely reasonable in pricing and prompt.

Our job was scheduled about three weeks after the estimate. Drain Connection called a few days before letting us know when we could expect the work to be done. Their employees were prompt and finished the work in one day. Their equipment was of the best quality. Most of the yard was restored to very good condition. However some (about 15 to 20%) was left bumpy and uneven and could have been done better. Even though all lines were marked and employees were careful the cable line was cut and it took a couple of days for the cable company to restore service. All in all they did a very good job and we would recommend their work to others. All employees were very courteous and professional. We thought the price was a little high based on others we saw completed on Angies List.

Excellent experience! They did an estimate the same day I called and completed the work the same day as well. Very professional and sensible in approach; did not do more or less than was needed. No further problems with basement leaking from broken riser/drain backup.

I have used them before. It was a pleasant experience and the price I paid was in the $100 range. They kept the appointment and were on time. They got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell anything to me, and were pleasant gentleman to deal with.

The owner Andrew Kiefner came at his confirmed time to give me an estimate of what would be needed to solve my drainage problem. The cost was reasonable and he set up the time for the work. His workers were on time and did the work in an afternoon from start to finish. They were on task and allowed me to watch and ask questions as they did their job. Their expertise was excellent. I was PLEASED.

I have used them mutiple time in the past. They are always curteous, professional and punctual. There prices are competitive. I would recommend them and use them again in the future

The work went well. They installed the line very quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption to the yard.

I paid around $1200 for the service. Everything from the quote to the quality of work was great. I will absolutely use this company in the future.

Darin worked efficiently and completed all the work, which included a trip back to his company to pick up the mushroom cap for the bath vent, in a relatively brief time. We had not singled the gas odor out as a separate problem when we made the appointment, since we had thought it was related to the need to snake our main sewer drain, but there was no indication that we were charged extra for the trip back, since the total price seemed very reasonable for all the work that was done.

Had problem with basement drain. I thought it was the drain to the street, but I'd had that cleaned out just a year earlier. I thought the job that had been done was just a bad one. This fellow came out and determined it was the drain coming down to the basement, not the one going out to the street. He cleared it and I have had no problems since. I really liked him. He was here quite a while. He explained every thing to me. The cost was very reasonable

Andy is the owner of the company and he used to be my neighbor before he moved out. He also advised me about a few things that I could do when I was redoing my bathroom. He is not a person who is there just to take your money. He will do his job and will also tell you if you want to know something else.

I had another Angie's List provider (Gutterworks Plus) come to my house to give me an estimate on repairing my original 60 year old copper downspouts. We also have underground drainage pipes with the original clay pipes which were destroyed by time and the roots of large Oak trees. The gutter guy highly recommended Drain Connection to replace the underground pipes. He even had their business card which he gave me. I called Andy and he came within 30 minutes of my call to him to see my house and give me an estimate. His workers were at my house 4 days later and completed the work in one day, using machines and hand digging to carefully remove and replace the sod. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and his plumbers do excellent work. They installed the new water heater within 24 hours of receiving my call. When we needed additional help after the install, they responded even quicker. I've also had them do some exterior drainpiping, and some interior plumbing. They always responded quickly and did good work the first time. Their prices are quite reasonable.

I called on Tuesday, and the next day Darren was at my home. He removed the old water heater. He was prompt, professional, nice, and courteous. I had no surprises. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great. Arrived on time (called when they were stuck in heavy freeway traffic, not much delay) , did the cleaning, gave a fair estimate for total repair if needed in the near future.
