NEEDED HONEST ANSWERS AND SOMEONE TO TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN OPTIONS. ANDY AT THE DRAIN CONNECTION PROVIDED THAT FOR ME. TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR OF HIS TIME AND SURVEYED THE SITUATION AND COMMUNICATED MY OPTIONS, PROS AND CONS OF EACH. PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. FINAL COST ESTIMATE AROUND $2600. WILL BE HAVING DRAIN CONNECTION DO THE WORK. THANKS ANDY. ONLY NEGATIVE THING WAS THAT RECEIVING THE QUOTE WAS A BIT SLOW IN RETURN, BUT THEN AGAIN IT HAS BEEN A BUSY SEASON FOR THEM WITH ALL THIS RAIN.
