Description of Work: They installed a new double garage door which looks great. It is much quieter than the old, rusty one. Now I'll have to do the rest of the garage.Scott, the service rep, and Lang,the installer, were both outstanding gentlemen. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

Description of Work: This man came to my house on time, checked things out, and realized that my problem was minor. He fixed it quickly and easily. Oiled up and lubed my entire system and gave me some great advise on future maintenance. Then, he astonished me by telling me he felt guilty charging me because he didn't do much and he refused payment! He was the owner and I give him the highest possible recommendation.

Description of Work: Very punctual and thorough. They tuned up a single and double garage door and replaced the rollers. The double door needed a new spring and they fixed that as well. They returned and adjusted my door seals at no additional charge, even though I think this was a previously existing issue.

It went well.
Description of Work: I used the "Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of Door Depot. It was for a garage door tuneup. They replaced all the rollers in the garage and lubed the garage door and tightened the belt a little bit.

Description of Work: The garage door was not closing properly, with the end result a large gap at the bottom of one end of the door. Door Depot was able to solve the problem and fix the problem. Not only fix the problem, he also replaced the door wheels, and made a number of suggestions as to how to maintain the door working properly.

Description of Work: Scott called me to schedule a time to meet. He was a little late but had warned me he might be, so that was fine. He was honest about the problem with the garage. I should have been more forthright because I didn't get new nylon rollers with the service although technically that is what I paid for. The garage works like new, so overall I'm happy and feel good about supporting a local business.
