This was a great experience. Owner even tried to help me fix and troubleshoot myself over the phone. Once we determined a replacement was needed, work was scheduled and completely quickly and correctly. Price was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend!

Serviceman discovered the opener was simply locked. Another person returned another day without an additional service call fee to replace the rubber strip at the base of the door.

Technician was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Work performed all within 45 minutes. Very pleased!

Unbelievably well!!!!! Absolutely magnificent. I just dread having to find a service provider or craftsperson, but oh my goodness, this company was supremely professional. They came to give a quote almost instantly, scheduled the work for a week later, and finished an entire tear-out and installation in one day. It looks BEAUTIFUL! It WORKS! No call-back problems....just a garage door that works. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Door breaks on Friday, Scott sends Mike to my house at 8 am on Saturday, Mike finishes job by 9 am. Door works again. Scott & Mike are nice guys!!!

After I sent the request they came back to me after 10 mins. The guy who provide the service did the work on a extreme heat and he did an excellent job. It was a superior service.

I needed a new single car garage door and system. The service man arrived at appointment time promised and did a very professional job. He took about 3 hours to complete the work. The door is beautiful. The door was steel insulated. The cost was $944.00 complete. I asked for a second remote ($25.00). The final cost was $696.00. I thought the cost was reasonable. I could not be happier.

Perfectly. One guy did the work, and he was very fast and surprisingly quiet -- I expected a lot of noise. I love my new door. It's insulated and has a row of windows across the top. Having the windows makes such a difference; wish i had done this sooner. He showed me how to raise the garage door when the power goes off (which is does a lot in my neighborhood.) It's a lot easier to raise this door than my old wooden door.

They came on time, knew what they were going to do and was very efficient, professional and finished within 15 minutes giving me the Angie's List discount. They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Contacted Door Depot after constant letdowns with another organization. They had next day availability, however we chose to schedule two days out. Their Installer was punctual, professional and helpful. Work was performed in under three hours and everything works great. Will for sure be doing business with Door Depot again when we upgrade our builder grade doors to something insulated and a bit more upscale.

I had him replace both springs so they'd wear evenly. Unfortunately, the top panel of the garage door got a crack in it when the first spring broke. He ordered a new one for me and reinforced the cracked panel so we could use the door in the meantime. They man who came out with the new door panel a couple of weeks later was fast and courteous. He moved the top strut down to a lower panel to reinforce it so we wouldn't have any more "kinks". The door is oversized and low head room which can cause issues. He was great!

I called first thing in the morning and they were there by 1 p.m. May have been able to come earlier but I was not available. Our old door opener was quite old - they were able to find parts but after comparing cost to repair versus replace we opted for a new opener. They had one on the truck and installed it right then. They showed me how to program the key code and my cars. They were polite and professional and cleaned up the space including hauling away the old opener and rail. I was able to use an Angie's List coupon.

This is the third time I've used Door Depot. Always get prompt courtious service and excellent pricing! I highly recommend them to anyone needing doors and/or openers!

They attempted to repair a very old opener. Parts are no longer available. When no solution worked, they did a replacement the next day. I was only charged for the replacement. Works perfectly now.

Representative was very professional, and corrected the issue. I would hired them again. I call another door company, and that person never showed up or called. They only charge me for a service call.

They advised me that for my model I could find a universal keypad for less money at Home Depot. Saved me a lot of money.
