Service provider called when he was on his way. He determined that the cables needed to be adjusted. He made the adjustments and now the door can be held up by the springs when it is disconnected from the opener.

The experience was a good 1, they were able to schedule same day. Took advantage of the Angie list special that was advertised for a project that was over due. The gentleman was very professional and took care of a couple minor problems as well. The door is not as loud with the adjustments. Will call them again if and or when needed.

I received a tune up on the double door. They readjusted the springs and replaced all of the roller wheels with new quieter wheels. They also adjusted the door travel to be more accurate when closing. The door is noticeably quieter than it was before. On the single door, I received a new opener. There was very little clearance between the door and my ceiling. They needed to change the hardware on my door to make this work. I was told by other companies that an opener would not fit there so I was very pleased they were able to do this. They were very prompt in setting up the appointment and did all the work in one day. Both services had an Angie's List "deal" price. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service. Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with Door Depot. I called them on a Thursday afternoon between 4-5 pm, and my call was returned within 2 hours. We arranged to have them arrive at 9 am the next day, and they arrived at my home at exactly 9 am. Repairs were started immediately, and were completed within 45 minutes. He even adjusted the tension on my garage door opener to compensate for the new torsion springs that were installed.

They did a great job! I called them at 12:30 pm today to let them know my spring had broken and I really needed help. Their Angie’s list deal of $179 to replace the spring appeared to be a good deal. They also had a good deal for Angie’s list members on a Liftmaster garage door opener. My current opener was getting old and noisy and I let them know I was interested in possibly getting a new one. Scott was very helpful on the phone and was able to give me a quote and arrange for someone to come out that same afternoon. Dillon arrived at 2:00 pm and had the spring fixed, the new garage door opener installed and programmed by 3:30 pm. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, did a good job of explaining how the equipment worked and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again if we need garage door repairs.

The company replied quickly to my request for assistance and gave me an arrival time. The technician arrived and quickly assessed the problem, and then fixed it. Due to the nature of my problem, I didn't wait to compare prices with other companies. I think the repair price was acceptable.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and the honesty of person doing the repair. They were prompt, polite and were able to fix the issue in less than an hour. Would use them again!

I had called 4 places for quotes. Even had someone come out to give a quote (that was a completely bizarre experience). Then I called Door Depot after doing some more searching. They came out within 2 hours of my call. Found that the other spring that wasn't broken was only a few years old (purchased the house less than 2 years ago) and did not need replacing. They replaced the broken spring within 20 minutes and only cost me $145 - also giving a 5 year warranty on the new spring as well as a 1 year warranty on labor. Everywhere else wanted to replace both springs because "the other one will break within a year" and quoted $250+; and quoted $180+ IF the other spring was newer or in good condition - pushing hard replacing both. Door Depot didn't try to upsell me, were very friendly, super fast and the price was great relative to the other estimates. Even gave me a few tips on how to maintain my garage door. Would highly recommend them.

Our spring broke. We called the Door Depot after reading and comparing reviews on Angie's List. We called the number and Scott answered right away. He said they could send someone out in within two hours. At the scheduled time of 3pm, Mike arrived. He was extremely courteous and professional. After evaluating what needed to be replaced, he got right to work. He was here approximately 45 minutes. After he left, we noticed that we could see a little light under the door on the left side. It needed a 1/4" adjustment due to our garage door frame. We called and left a message. Scott called back first thing the next morning and Mike was here at the scheduled time and made the adjustment. We are very pleased with the Door Depot and will definitely call them again!

Exceeded expectations on all fronts. From initial call to end result, we were very pleased. The spring on our garage door broke this past weekend (weekend before Thanksgiving--not fun). Given we live in Centerburg (Knox County), my husband called a couple of local service providers to request an appointment and was told it would be 10-12 days before they could make a service call. I jumped on Angie's list and found Door Depot in Columbus. I spoke with Scott on the first try (no having to leave a message--loved that). He asked a few questions, gave us his recommendation on repairing both springs, and provided a reasonable quote. The best part was he said he could have someone out to our home THAT AFTERNOON (after 2pm). We were thrilled! Service repairman was punctual, replaced the springs, and the door works better than ever. So delighted they were able to help us! Thank you thank you thank you Door Depot! Will recommend you to others for great customer service and support.

Called this morning and they were able to make it out by the afternoon. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the part. Done in <1 hour and my garage door is working great again. Very reasonable price.

Absolutely incredible service at a reasonable price. I called at 7am and they showed at 4pm on the same day (while not always possible it's nice when it happens). He was a few minutes late but called to advise of his delayed status due to an extended service call. The technician was polite, prompt and checked all components of the 2 garage doors after repairing the broken hinge. I am so impressed it will be the only service I use in the future - including new garage doors. Great work Door Depot!

Provided quality professional service...actually they went above and beyond. We wanted the existing hexagonal corners on our garage door opening changed out to square corners. Someone noticed that the interior trim was in pretty bad shape and needed to be replaced, as well because it was starting to rot, so instead of just doing the exterior they replaced the bad wood, too. It’s rare to find a business that will do MORE THAN IS REQUIRED but Door Depot stepped up. One of installers even helped us set up codes for phone app, key pad and our cars. GREAT WORK from start to finish VERY HAPPY with results

I spoke with the owner Scott on Saturday to schedule an appointment to have my garage door serviced. Much to my surprise, he was able to schedule my appointment for Monday(!!) at a time that accommodated my work schedule. Dylan was the gentleman that came to my home to perform the service. He was prompt in his arrival time; extremely professional and kind and answered any questions that I had. He performed the service in a timely manner and ensured that I was satisfied with how the door was sealing after he installed the weather stripping as previously it had gapped for several years.
