The tech was very nice. He could have "repaired" all sorts of things, because I knew nothing about garage doors. He was honest, showed me what to look for in positioning the eyes, and it has been running reliably ever since.

They did a very good job and I would hire them again. I would recommend them as well.

The installer arrived on time; he was courteous and finished the job correctly, he cleaned up and finished in a timely manner and charged us the previously quoted price, which was below several other quotes we had received. Who could ask for anything more?

Signed up for a lube and roller replacement. Didn't hear anything for a couple of days so I called and scheduled for a 2-3 pm arrival on Dec. 20th. The owner said he sent a message thru Angie's List which I didn't get. At 4:30 pm I called to see if they were still coming and did not get a return call until the next day. The owner apologized and said his crew and himself were out of town and the crew ran late on their job. The owner said there would be no charge since this they missed Friday's scheduled appointment and I rescheduled for Dec. 23 at 10 am. He arrived around 10:20 am checked the door and found a pulley was bad and replaced it. I asked about the nylon rollers and lube I had signed up for and he said the metal rollers I had are much better and the door was now fine so I took his recommendation and didn't replace the rollers. I asked where and how I was suppose to lube garage doors (I have two) and he showed me. There was no charge for replacing the pulley.

They did an outstanding job. Very prompt, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Garage door spring was broken. In less than an hour Coldspring out a new one installed. What service tech was punctual courteous and neat.

Original 25-year-old 8'x7' wood panel door was repaired about ten years ago (replaced the bottom panel) and was delaminating again. New Amarr Lincoln insulated steel door with window panel I selected was not in stock and had to be ordered, taking several weeks. Installer arrived on time and installation went smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the service Door Depot provided. On Sunday night, I clicked on the Angie's List offer for a garage door installation. At that point it was not an emergency situation. While I was leaving the house early Monday morning, it became an emergency when the door would not close. I call Door Depot when they opened, mentioned I clicked the Angie's List offer the night before and how it became an emergency. They were extremely accommodating, had an installer at the house by 1230pm and honored the installation deal. No extra charges for "emergency" service. I'm very happy with the quality of work and responsiveness to my situation. I will definitely use Door Depot again!

Recently moved into my house and did the tune-up and roller replacement. Great deal on Angie's list. Much quieter than the old squeaky rollers and the tension is a lot better as well. I would call this company again when it's time to replace the door or the chain breaks. Good service.

I learned how important it is to sweep debris from around the base of the door where sensors detect it, and prevent door from closing. All my rollers were replaced, door is much quieter, and the technician explained everything.

Great. We called and asked about a new door opener. There are too many models and there was some confusion, but everything got worked out and we love the new opener. The installer called and could come earlier and we said yes. He was quick and professional. The new opener is so quiet , has bright lights and a battery back up. He also installed the wall switch, an outside keypad and connected the car to the opener. It was less expensive than other quotes we received. This business has been in business for years and has a great rating at the BBB.
