Excellent service, quality and promptness

After an initial phone conversation, the owner (Scott) came out to look over the job. He was very accommodating of my schedule, and arrived on time for the appointment. Looked the job over, and made some suggestions based on what I was looking for. Detailed in writing what they would do, along with pricing. I wanted to see some of the style doors actually installed on homes and not just a small sample, or in the literature. He called back a couple days later with some homes to look at for the various door models. I called back to schedule the installation and pickup time for the paint to paint the door. Day of installation, the installer arrived within an acceptable window of the scheduled time. He seemed professional, knew what he was doing, and walked me through what he was going to do. Took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation (Garage Door, new Tracks, new Springs, rewire all sensors, install opener keypad, install surge suppressor). It's been 2 weeks and all seems to work well. One other note. I was surprised at how well the door was painted. I expected to have to touch up the paint after they installed it, put didn't have too.

Extremely well. They had to order the door we chose. So Scott sent out one of his men to repair the broken garage door spring (no charge) so we could resume using our old garage door opener until the new door arrived. Once the door arrived they were out to replace the door and opener. The replacement was quick, and the technician was helpful and professional. The new door is beautiful, and the door opener is AWESOME!

They replaced all the rollers and lubed them both of which reduced the noise of the door. They called us as soon as we bought our Angie's List deal and made the appointment with me. The professional was on time and called 15 minutes before to let me know he was coming. He was professional and did a great job on our door! We're happy.

An associate of Door Depot arrived hours after my call. They were so fairly priced, we opted for the entire unit replacement (minus a new motor, which he informed us still looked fine). Within just over 24 hours of my original call, the new door was up and fully functional. Great service all the way through, and I highly recommend!

It went great! I called them and the owner came out and I reviewed the doors. I basically knew what I wanted. I wanted to get rid of the old wooden door (Double) get the insulated double door which would be a lot lighter. They came out a few days later and completely removed the old door and installed the new door. I love my new door. Very professional.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List and Scott from Door Depot called be the day I made the purchase to arrange to come to my house to discuss details. He arrived the next day at the time we'd set, showed me my options and helped be make a choice that complemented my home. I was able to schedule installation for the next week. The installer arrived slightly earlier than arranged (which I liked) and had the door up in a few hours. He left an immaculate work area and reviewed operations and safety features before leaving. I would highly recommend this service provider.

Tech arrived at 915am, and replaced both springs quickly and efficiently. Less than 2.5 hours after my call, the door was fixed! This was great, responsive service!

They came the same day, the guy did a fine job. He also was able to take care of another problem that I had which is not what I called for, but he took care of it while he was here. I was happy and I thought the price was reasonable.
