Woo was very professional and responsive. Price was very reasonable. He lubricated everything and did what was needed beyond installing both springs without charging us extra. I am impressed and they will get my business again. Can't recommend them highly enough. They were delayed in getting here, but I was notified of the delay in a timely and thoughtful manner.

They tightened the springs to fix up the balance, and installed all components of the chain-driven opener. They communicated clearly about when they would arrive, and were responsive. I had some quality concerns with the initial installation, which led me to give a slightly lower professionalism rating, but after raising these concerns, they came out the very next day to correct the issues I had mentioned, which is why I still included full marks for quality.

They were very responsive, sent samples, etc. however you ABSOLUTELY must make sure you get in writing before they do the install what their charges are. They did NOT tell us that we would be paying an additional 800 for the Garage door. The man stood in our driveway and told us the sample we picked , a wood grain would be an additional 300 and change up charge and if we wanted windows it would be an extra couple hundred more, we decided not to do the windows and were expecting to just pay a wood grain uncharge. Instead we get the bill at the end stating they charged 355 for woodgrain and additional charges for insulation and steel. They did not submit quote with these up charges spelled out and we were blind sided. In addition we hired them to install a front door, they installed it incorrectly, squishing it down from the top by installing too thick of a header and it bows at the edges and is not level on the sides. I honestly thought it might have been their first time installing a door. We paid a fair price for labor and materials for the install of front door but would caution someone to watch them closely. I should have told them to take out the header they installed and trim it down before they went any further. I was seriously upset at the end of this project and originally wanted to use them again later for back door and be able to refer them to others but I just don't feel comfortable doing that now. Written quotes for upcharges is professional and good business practice, telling folks to discipher something from a coupon is not.

Great! I contacted them @ noon thru Angie's List web site, they responded within ten minutes and scheduled a technician to be at my house at 5:30 that day. He arrived and in no time my garage door was working again (thanks Woo!).

It took a few days for Door Depot to get the door. Installation went very well. The rubber that they put on the bottom of the door was not meeting the uneven concrete. I requested a larger rubber seal. It took about a week to get it and install it.

This was for a garage door installed at my Father's house. I actually contracted to have it done and I was there for the whole process. We went with fairly bare bones. They got in and got it done quick. I shopped around quite a bit, I'll give them an "A" on price. Quality is hard to say, we sold the property. They responded quickly. The guy seemed to know what he was doing.

They were wonderful. I had a company no-show on Friday. My car was hostage in my garage as 3 of us couldn't lift the door. Other companies that I called on Saturday morning were closed or the 1 I reached charged an outrageous weekend fee. Door Depot charged a reasonable fee, said no problem we'll be there in an hour and a half and we'll get you set so you have your car for work. The gentleman on the phone and the gentleman who arrived to do the work were professional and polite. He was done in 30 mins. Door Depot is now my go to for garage door issues.

I called and talked to Scott and setup and appointment for him to come out and give me an estimate. He was right on time and talking to him was like talking to a good friend. No pressure whatsoever and he completely explained everything. I took advantage of their advertised special of $925 for their 16' by 7' double sided steel insulated garage door by Doorlink and added windows to the door for about $280. The installer, I believe his name was Lane, was right on time as well. He had the old door, tracks and spring removed and the new door, tracks and spring installed in about 2 1/2 hours. Completely cleaned up everything and made sure I was satisfied before he left. A great experience and a beautiful well made garage door. So nice to have outside light in the garage with the windows. They have been in business a long time and have a lot of great Angie's reviews and a great BBB rating which is what helped me with my decision to utilize them. They have all this for a reason. They run their business the way it should be run. High praises to Scott and his team. Refreshing to see nowadays that their are still companies like that out there. By the way if you go to the Doorlink website you can upload a photo of your garage door and overlay it with the templates they have to see what different door styles will look like on your house. I have only had the door 30 days but so far everything is great. Now I usually don't bad mouth other companies but I will tell you I also had Precision Door give me an estimate. It was almost $1,800 for just the door, an Amarr Garage Door, and did not even include windows. In addition, the insulated door they wanted to sell me had 1 3/8 inches of insulation whereas the Doorlink door has 2 inches of insulation Plus, Precision Door wanted 50% down to place the order and I felt extremely pressured to make a decision right then. With Door Depot you don't pay anything until the door is completely installed. Many other people have had the same great experience with Door Depot. That says a lot!!!

Everything went well. Agent came same day when called for estimate. No high pressure sales job. Showed product and options and let me decide what I wanted. Installer arrived at scheduled time and completed job in 2 hours. Very pleased with new door. Would highly recommend company.
