Having purchased an Angie's List Deal to have my windows washed, I contacted Dirty Blinds to see if he could do the blinds the same day. He could! In fact, he came an hour earlier than Window Genie in order to get the blinds down before they started washing the windows. This worked out great as the blinds were ready to rehang by the time Window Genie was finished. Although the blinds were still a little wet, Jim was extremely careful not to get water on my newly washed windows. Jim is friendly and very careful about working in my house; removed shoes, etc. Jim came at 8:00 and was finished by 10:45. Even though it started to rain within a half an hour after they left, my windows and blinds just sparkled. My neighbor was so impressed with how my blinds looked, she called Dirty Blinds to come out and clean her blinds. I used Dirty Blinds 7 years ago. Jim said they should be done every 3 years. I will mark my calendar to call Dirty Blinds in 3 years.

Fantastic. Jim cleaned not only the slats themselves but also all of the parts as well (string, knobs and mechanics). Our blinds all look brand new...We have a mix of faux wood blinds and one set of metal blinds. Jim showed up on time, was appropriately dressed, was friendly, made sure I understood what he was going to do, gave me updates along the way, kept our blinds organized and put them all back in their original spots. It was a pleasure to have him in our house. Jim completed the cleaning in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. We will be using Dirty Blinds again...

Jim and Loren arrived exactly at 9 am and began working. They systematically removed the blinds from each window and took them out to their truck to ultrasonically clean them and brought them back and rehung them. They were very efficient and very professional. I have approximately 25 windows and they completed the entire house in 3 hours. The blinds look fantastic. This is the second time I have used this company and I really like that the work is done here at my home. By having the blinds cleaned ultrasonically it cleans the cords also. One again, great work.

The original contact was fine. When the worker came to clean the blinds it was fine; however when he broutht the blinds back in the house some of them were damaged and he couldn't fix the problem. He had to call ower/manager who came and fixed the damaged blinds.

I dropped the blinds off. The blinds were cleaned in a matter of days and looked great when returned. The folks at Dirtyblinds were very friendly.

They do a super job and I like them.

The experience went very well. Jim gave an accurate estimate over the phone and showed up at my home when he said he would. The job was done in his truck in less than an hour. The blinds look like new. The price was rather high at about $20 per blind, but you can't beat the convenience and quality of work.

We called and scheduled an appointment later in the week. The technician arrived on time and performed the work well.

HE REVIEWED WITH ME WHAT I WANTED AND GAVE ME A TOTAL ESTIMATE, WHICH INCLUDED ANGIE'S DISCOUNT AND TAX, BEFORE HE STARTED. I THOUGHT IT WAS REASONABLY PRICED. HE WAS VERY CORDIAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED HOW THE PROCESS WORKED AND WAS POLITE ANSWERING ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY DILIGENT AND EFFICIENT AT HIS TASK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE BUSINESS.

THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! THE GENTLEMAN WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL (EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY PERSONALITY)! HE BROUGHT HIS DAUGHTER TO ASSIST AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. AT THE LAST MINUTE, I ASKED IF HE COULD CLEAN MY MINI BLINDS (ORIGINALLY I ONLY CONTRACTED TO CLEAN MY HONEYCOMB BLINDS) AND HE WAS MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING. HE WAS EXTREMELY NICE TO MY TWO INQUISITIVE KIDS -- SHOWING THEM HOW THE EQUIPMENT WORKED ON HIS TRUCK. I REQUESTED THAT HE PUT ME ON HIS TWO YEAR ''CALL BACK LIST''. INITIALLY, I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT HOW THE COMPANY CHARGED (BY THE FOOT; WIDTH WIDE), BUT WHEN I CALLED OTHER COMPANIES TO COMPARE PRICES, IT WORKED OUT THAT THIS COMPANY WAS JUST AS COMPETITIVE AND EVEN CHEAPER. DIRTYBLINDS.COM IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME.

THE CLEANING WAS EXCEPTIONAL, THE ADDITIONAL MOUNTING HOWEVER OF THE ADDITIONAL BLINDS WAS NOT PROPERLY DONE. THEY USED TOO FEW SCREWS AND WHEN I OPENED THE BLINDS FOR THE FIRST TIME THEY FELL OFF, BREAKING A TREASURED OBJECT. RESPONDED QUICKLY FOR THE REMOUNT. RECOMMENDATION IS FOR CLEANING ONLY. VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.
