Jim was wonderful. We had 14 very dirty window blinds. We wanted a company that would come on-site to take down, clean blinds and rehang. Jim returned all phone calls, arrived on time, was able to clean the blinds in his truck in our driveway. We are ashamed and embarrassed to admit the blinds had not been cleaned in 10 plus years. They look brand new! Beautiful! Very clean!! We highly recommend Dirty Blinds. The whole process was easy peasy. Again we strongly recommend Jim and Dirty Blinds.

Great! Jim is easy to contact, very knowledgeable. I gave him sizes and he gave me a quote over the phone. At 1st he said he wouldn't clean the sky light blinds because of potential for damage during removal and re-installation. I explained that I had already taken them down to be able to paint in the tunnel and I would put them back up. So he agreed to do them. All are much cleaner than before. Jim did come out right on time as scheduled. Very friendly and courteous. Thanks Jim!

I SAW THE DIRTY BLINDS TRUCK SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND I TOOK A PICTURE ON MY PHONE FOR FURTHER USE. WHEN I CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE, HE GAVE ME A PRICE THAT SEEMED TOO REASONABLE. WE SET A DATE AND HE SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME. HE PERFORMED HIS SERVICE THAT INCLUDED REMOVING CLEANING AND REPLACING THE BLINDS. THEY LOOK FANTASTIC. Jim was very open and honest and told us the portion of the cord that was broken did not affect the operation of the blind. He also informed us that the extensive wrinkles in the blind would not come out and suggested that we might want to consider getting a new blind (he does not sell blinds so he was not trying to make a sale). We decided that was probably the best course of action and decided not to have Jim repair the portion of the cord that was broken. Much to our delight, Jim said there would be not charge for his visit, including the normal trip charged. It is very refreshing to deal with someone with as much integrity as Jim. If in the future we need blind repair or cleaning, Jim and Dirtyblinds.com of Columbus will be the only company we contact. We highly recommend them.

Outstanding communication & responsiveness. Jim is a very diligent & efficient worker. While he is very friendly - even to our dogs, he didn't waste time and got straight to work. He knows his business and the blind products well--very professional. We are very happy with the results and absolutely will use him again.

What a great experience. It's expensive to clean blinds, but it would be far more expensive to replace them! Jim called the night before and left a message confirming our appointment the next morning. He was on time and finished the job in time for my 2 p.m. appointment. One string was stuck in the header and Jim retrieved it for me so I could attach a pull as I'd already been replacing some of them. The blinds look awesome and Jim even showed me how to shake out a bug (should one decide to crawl in and hang out). Highly recommend!

We bought this house last year. The house was built in 2002 and the slated shades probably were installed at that time. Although they are good quality Hunter Douglas, they had a dirty film on them that vacuum cleaning would not remove. I tried cleaning with a wet microfiber cloth and just ended up with smeared dirt. Thought we would need to replace them which is quite costly. Saw the Dirty Blinds truck in the neighborhood and looked them up on Angie's List. Excellent reviews and the ultrasonic cleaning process sounded like what was needed. Called Jim and he gave me a price estimate based on linear feet. We scheduled a time for him to come do the cleaning. He arrived ahead of time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the way they look now. Plan to have him return every 2-3 years to keep the blinds clean.

Jim is very personable. My blinds were absolutely filthy. I wasn't sure if it would even be worth it to clean them. I had priced replacement blinds and was set to order them when I saw Jim's truck on the freeway, prompting me to call. I am so glad I did! My blinds look so much better! Jim also shared with me that the blinds are in really good shape..... no need to replace them. I will definitely have Jim back every year or two to refresh the blinds so I can get the full life out of them.

Wow! What a difference! Jim Anderson came by and cleaned all 23 blinds. These blinds had not been cleaned in 10 years. They were gray with dirt. After cleaning, they were white again, very white. I could not be happier with the cleaning job. More importantly, Jim, the owner, provided the quote and performed the work with himself and a helper. They were clean, respectful of my home and trustworthy. They arrived at 9:00 am and were completely done by 11:30. I will not wait another 10 years to call them as these dirty blinds now look brand new again. I will be recommending Jim Anderson and his company to our friends and neighbors. Quality work, great cleaning, good price, and trustworthy of being in my home.

Jim responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. He came to my home and took down each blind, cleaned it, and hung it back up. He was very friendly and professional and was on time. Called to say he'd be running late; called again when he was on the way. Actually arrived within the time frame he had originally mentioned when I called for the service. Professional. Went straight to work taking down blinds (12), taking them to the truck for cleaning and re-installing them. They are sparkling and smooth - no more gritty feel to them. The whole process took less than 2 hours and saved me hours of work..

I dropped them off and they were completed as scheduled.
