Description of Work: I contacted David to perform an appraisal on a house that we are currently renting, that we have been given the option to boy. Based on my own knowledge and research, I believed that owners asking price was far above that of what the house value actually was. I contacted David, and he was very professional, explained things very well and was quick and prompt in not only performing the appraisal but getting his findings back to me. He walked me through how he came to the appraisal value, and helped me to fully understand the situation. I completely value David's opinion and am very thankful that I opted to use his services. He has quite literally saved me thousands of dollars and was very precise and accurate in all of his research. Should I require services such as this in the future, I will gladly reach out to him again.

WE NEEDED THE EXTRA HELP SINCE WE DIDN'T HAVE A REAL ESTATE AGENT REPRESENTING AS BUYERS, AND THE SELLER WAS AN AGENT/OWNER HIMSELF. RATHER THAN A FORMAL REPORT, HE GAVE US A REASONABLE RANGE OF POSSIBLE VALUES BASED ON NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSES, WHICH IS MORE VALUABLE THAN A FIXED ESTIMATE TO US. HE SPENT ABOUT 1/2 HOUR GOING OVER THE RESULTS WITH ME ON THE PHONE. HE ALSO POINTED OUT MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE DURING HIS INSPECTION.
