Description of Work: We had a few estimates from various HVAC companies. Ty Gates from Custom Air came over after meeting him at the spring Home and garden show. We discussed the problems we were en-counting in our home. Ty did an entire survey/testing on our system at no charge. He thoroughly explained his findings and recommendations on a replacement unit. Unlike all the other companies that tried to sell us on the most expensive unit, Ty DID NOT recommend the most costly of units, saving us a great deal of money while still giving us a high efficiency unit. |We scheduled an appointment with Custom Air for replacing the system. Ty and 2 other employees came to our home to discuss the layout of the new system and to order all the needed parts prior to the start of the job. On installation day 2 employees showed up right on time, and worked the entire day, completing the install the same day with no problems. All carpeting in our home was protected and all debris was cleaned up. You would not even know work was ever done by the appearance of our property. | Ty came over the following day to program the new WiFi thermostat and give us instructions and to make sure all went well. |In conclusion we couldn't have picked a better contractor to do the job and are more than pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace and removed old furnace following a service call on a failed furnace. They did exactly what they were supposed to do except possibly a follow up on a pump. They did exactly what they needed to do at a time when we needed a furnace under near emergency conditions, outdoor temp -3° F .

Tye handled all aspects of the installation, relieving me of dealing with a plumber and electrician. |He coordinated all aspects of the installation - meeting Columbia Gas so that I wouldn't need to take time off work.
