They did a pretty good job of working with our old house and yard needs. They were courteous and professional. They wore face masks while working inside, since this was during the pandemic.

Excellent. Corey and Ryan were punctual, professional and very pleasant. They divided the work so it could be completed as quickly as possible. Our sales person, Scott, worked with us to provide a virtual quote and was wonderful to provide excellent options with vital information. We are customers for life.

I have worked with Custom Air for the past 5 years. I have 10 units that they have maintained. Even though the are much more expensive than comparable companies I have continued using them. My furnace stopped working Sunday evening. I called first thing Monday morning and was scheduled for appointment for Wednesday between 8 - 10am. I took off from work in order to be here during this timeframe. At 9:30 am Wednesday Kim from custom air called and told me they would not make it at this time. She wanted to reschedule me for an afternoon appointment but I would need to give her a 5 hour window. Unfortunately, I have children that need to be picked up from school and can not rearrange child care on a whim. I have gone 72 hours without heat, took off work and I am unable to get Custom Air to schedule a reasonable appointment time. Kim told me I can schedule a" first appointment of the day" (which I was scheduled for today) but it will be two weeks before they can make it out. I have contacted Bryant Heating and cooling and was scheduled same day with a 1 hour window.

The guys who came out were so helpful and nice. They were thorough and explained what was going on with my system and gave me the options before moving forward with the solutions. I will have them check my system twice a year to keep everything working!

They came out twice. The first time, May 15, was to give the AC a spring check-up. The second, May 23, was to replace a leaking coil. The technician was on time, polite, professional, and helpful. He seemed to know what he was about. He confirmed the AC coil was leaking and said he could refill the system and see how long the Freon lasted, but he recommended replacing the coil. Another company had already found the leak, but I brought in Custom Air because of some concerns I had about the first company. He took the info back to his manager who called me with a cost for the job (half the price of the first company). He determined the coil was under warranty which saved me $500. He also willingly sent me a full quote in e-mail. The technician came out and provided professional service again. They told me in advance how long he wold be on site and they were finished early. I'd use this company again. They also have a high Yelp rating.

I first used this company to replace our furnace. Superb work! This month I used them to replace the air conditioner. Again they did a great job and gave us the lowest bid. I will continue to use them for maintenance as needed.

The seasonal furnace inspection went as we expected. We knew there was a problem with the blower on the unit so we were not surprised that they told us it would need to be replaced. They came on a Friday. They said they would have to order the blower, but probably would be putting it in the next Monday or Tuesday. They did not come or contact me so on the next Thursday of the following week, I called to see what the status was. I was told the part was ordered and it was coming from Tennessee. I called again the week following that on Wednesday. The person on the phone said they would have to check on what was going on and they would call me back. They did not call back. However they did come the next day to put in the blower. The blower works great and it is quieter than our previous one!

I wanted to share my great experience with Custom Air. My 13 year old AC was dying a slow death this summer, so I decided to replace it... and MAN am I glad I did! I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to these kinds of things. I got several quotes, asked a lot of questions, did a ton of research, and throughout the entire process Custom Air stayed head and shoulders above the pack. Dave Wuelfing came out, gave me the best price up front (and ended up being the best quote too), put up with all of my questions, never pressured me, was very responsive, and even put up with me changing my mind at the last minute on which model I wanted. Robert Kendrick and Jake Riley were prompt, professional, and did a great, TIDY install (that's key - some places are sloppy!). Custom Air handled all of the city inspection paperwork, and even helped me with my Energy Savings rebate paperwork. It actually ended up being an enjoyable experience for something I don't generally enjoy (having to replace stuff around the house). I can't recommend these guys enough!

House is happy, we're happy and we can't wait for winter. The A/C is quiet and the house is uniform in every room. They analysed our needs and "custom"ized the project to our satisfaction.

I take an annual contract. I have two furnaces that they service, so they come out twice a year. I haven't used anybody else in so many years, I can't tell you about pricing. They usually call me before they come out.

I like them a lot. They do a great job. They come out twice a year. Once in the Spring for Air conditioning and Fall for heat. It normally take about 30 minutes for them to do the tune up.

It couldn't have been better! From my first phone call with Chuck, to prompt attention and great customer service from Bonnie, I knew I wanted to work with this company again. When Dave, my sales rep, came out I couldn't have been in more capable or trustworthy hands. Andrew and Jake showed up right after to install the AC. They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up. This was not my first rodeo and I want to be sure I let people know how fantastic these people and this company is.

Usually the air conditioner breaks down at the worst possible time which has been my case, that is why I have it checked. I buy a maintenance contract for the A/C check in the summer and the furnace check in the winter. I will continue to use them until someone better comes a long. I started using them when I installed a duct-less system. I couldn't find anybody who had a less than expensive than another company until I came across them. They were knowledgeable about the product. They were reasonable with the cost of installation. I have a 5 year maintenance warranty on the product. They are very good, knowledgeable. They've always been on time. They've never tried to sell me something I didn't need.
