They responded very promptly to an issue I has and took care of it. They have made follow up calls to check on the equipment and service. I would recommend them and use them again

Description of Work: THEY WORK ON HEATING SYSTEMS WITH BOILERS! Had called another company and due to a miscommunication they sent out a serviceman even though they don't' service boilers. Called a bunch of places to find someone who services boilers. They offered to send someone over tomorrow. Had to make a call to check my schedule. When I called back, Lisa asked if I would be home all afternoon because they had a job that was almost finished nearby and could send someone right over. Jeremy inspected the furnace and explained why the burner was running on hot days (thermostats just control water flow to radiators. Furnace keeps water in system at constant temperature). They did a job. Will give them a call in the spring to check out my A/C.

Description of Work: I have been working with Custom Air since they installed an AC unit on a new build. On nearly a yearly basis Custom Air had to do a service call because when I would turn on my AC each year it didn't work. Year after year thye fixed a "leak" and recharged the system only to find another slow leak the following year. This has gone on for 5 years now each year finding a new leak. This year they want to replace a leaking coil that they are asking for $791 after there less than resonible 20% discount. Frankly, I have no confidence they know what the issue is. I'm sure this will work for a short time untill finally enough "refrigerant" leaks from the system and they will be out for another service call.
