They were very friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative. They were also determined to trap the squirrels and came back as many times as they needed to. They were also sure to obey all of the humane laws.

They were great and did a very good job.

I like that they didn't just say they would get rid of the groundhogs, but that they would help to prevent them from returning. I know they can trap the ones that are here. They are the only company that said they could help with the prevention.

I thought they were friendly and did a good job. It was just a very expensive ordeal. The amount of squirrels and how much it was costing, I wish I could have mitigated some way. Other than the overall price, I was pleased with them.

Critter Control was very responsive. They came the same day I called them, gave me an estimate and got to work. While they did offer additional services, such as insulation and a chimney cap, they were not overly pushy. They set up traps on my roof and came and checked them daily. After they caught the squirrel, they were able to catch the squirrel and repair the flashing on the side of the roof. I went out of town while they still had the traps out and they were great about calling me with updates.

.He was great came right out when I called him. He was very thorough and professional. The only thing was is I had to wait most of the day for him to come out but I would use him again.

I have used them for the last 4-5 years. They come out every month on a permanent basis. I think they are worth every penny. I think I spent $280 to seal up a few cracks because I had a few bats. They have been outstanding and they hire good people, which I think is the key to good service. I will use them again in the future as they are a good company.

They are really good. I had a shrew in my dryer and my husband was out of town. So I tried to think of how I could do it and I finally said I would call somebody. They guy was just fabulous. The price was well worth it. It was professional wild life service's inspection for $159.95 and $59 to obtain control of and remove the shrew from the dryer vent. If my husband had been here, he would have done that himself. We went and looked to see how it had gotten in there; then my husband did the things that needed to be done. He was very open about what it was and obviously the dryer vent was too low to the ground, they had been able to crawl up into the dryer vent from the window well, and get down into a warm spot.

It went well, I didn't have many mice, but one is too many. The problem seemed to resolve in 2-3 weeks, like they said, then recurred before Christmas. I called, they came out, moved/replaced some of the baits, I think part of the problem has been the up and down temperatures, which drives them in/out-so I don't blame the company for that.

An individual came to inspect my house where we had been hearing scratching in the walls. It turns out we had a bird's nest in the kitchen stove/microwave exhaust fan pipe to the outside. The individual cleaned out the nesting materials and installed a screen to prevent birds from entering. The individual also inspected our basement to make sure we didn't have any potential mice. He also inspected our attic for any other potential problems. The individual was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. There is a base service fee to have someone come on-site, which is separate from the actual repair costs.

They got it out and closed up the hole. They did a good job.

It was a good experience. During the call, we ran through a series of questions to determine what was in my chimney. We determined it was likely just a bird or a mouse. Thankfully the animal couldn't get into the house because the flute was shut. I was able to wait until Monday for them to come out. This saved me a couple hundred dollars since they didn't have to come out on the weekend. One bad thing about this company is that they try to sell extra services after they do initial work.

They seem pretty costly. They seem very professional however. They know what they are doing.

They came out promptly, found a dead skunk, removed it, and also set up traps for remaining skunks. Their was still a little smell after they left, and they were more than happy to come out to check everything. They found some remains of a decomposed skunk, and gave us some really good suggestions.

The guy they sent was very thoughtful and diligent. He was also very knowledgeable about what to do. I would use them again in the future.

They are very good company. They will work on an issue until it’s fully resolved, and I think they are very thorough.

Their cost was very reasonable. They did a pretty good job. The guy who was working for them was natural resources guy from Ohio. He was a good guy and did a good job. Their service was very good. They were quick. The guy finished his job in five minutes and was on his way. I rate them high overall. I will use them in the future.

They were very professional. They also set squirrel traps because we had them running around our eaves. The company told us that our eaves were not installed properly and showed us where the squirrels were gaining entry. We decided that we didn't want to pay for all of the squirrels in the neighborhood that they might catch so we agreed to have them set free on sight at no additional cost. In the near future, we will need to get the eaves fixed!

I was very happy with him. I did several searches on Angie’s List and Critter Control was the 4th company on the list who agreed to come out right away. The technician they sent out was very pleasant and explained to me what needed to be done and what we were dealing with in terms of odors. He removed the skunk and I was very happy with the overall experience. It started out well and ended well in getting rid of it rather quickly.

I have used them for years. I’ve been with them for several years keeping critter at bay. They’ve been successful in keeping rodents out. Carpenter bees are aggressive. The Critter Control guys are in and out very often. They have been my exterminator of choice. They got rid of our squirrels in our attic. It was a real battle because it was hard finding out where they were getting in and that was the problem. We have a window in the front of our garage and they were actually chewing up underneath there. So there was a lot of detective work that we had to do. The dogs wanted to sniff around there and so that gave us a clue. It was in the area over the garage but there was also a connection into a storage area of the house. They always call the day before they are going to come or the week before usually to let you know that they are coming. I pay them through my credit card since it’s a monthly payment and I cannot pay them online. They always leave me a note that says that they have been here and also about what they have done. When I called about the carpenter bees, they were out here the next day. They have just been very polite and efficient. They explain everything. They explain what and why things happen. It makes a lot of people suspicious when they don’t give any explanation. I haven’t worked with other companies and so I did not compare their prices. It just seems very expensive to keep uninvited guests out. I think that if they do their job correctly then it’s worth it. When they come out, they do what they are supposed to do. They are very responsive. They come out anytime in between if I have a problem. They are always there to do the job. We used to have may be five mice in our basement in a month and we haven’t had any since. I think we had one or two trapped in the last few years. We have a lot of tees around where we live and so the rodents cannot be avoided. We have them every now and then. They are punctual. I don’t need to be at home for them to come. They come when they have to come. I called them in the summer and told them that the bees are back, and they were here the next day. I would use their services again in the future.

They came out twice to evict the birds and then to fix the vent to make sure that the birds could not get back in. I was very happy with their service and with their professionalism. Everything was great and I would like to give them a good rating. They came out right away the next day and they were in uniform. They were very polite and very knowledgeable about birds. I thought that their price was expensive but I did not have anything to compare it to.

We spend around $75 on that service. They set traps, but it turned out that the skunk did not like the traps and moved out.

I hired them to remove groundhogs from my sububan property. The technician (aaron) was nice and competent. After less than 2 weeks and 2 trapped groundhogs, I was asked if i wanted trapping to continue. i asked--"what if there are more groundhogs?" I was told, if there was continued evidence within 30 days I could call and all I would pay would be removal fee. Within 30 days I did indeed call -I was told I would have to pay the 159.95 inauguration fee as well as removal fee--in other words- start all over again. Even the supervisor was rude and said things like, "how do we know that additional groundhogs did not move from 4 neighborhoods over, because your yard is so attractive to them". She also said "is it in your contract"? I did not have copy when I placed the call--I do now. NOTHING is specified about ceasing trapping and the need to to resume. IF I had known this would not have been taken care of in the manner promised--why would i have agreed to cease trapping after less than 2 weeks.?! My neighbor and I trapped 2 additional groundhogs--however the problem then became--what do you do with them. I live in the city-in a suburb. Her husband ended up drowning them--that is terrible! So--get any promises in writing and do not allow trapping to cease unless you are absolutely sure your problem is resolved.

They did an excellent job. I haven't seen anymore mice. They checked the whole house checking for mice to make sure they got them all. He did an extrememly thorough. They put down 2 toxic baits.
