The trapping went well and they got the skunk. They checked and baited the traps daily. If we had any questions they were always happy to speak with us.

The attendant was great, he was really nice, he was really thorough. The only issue I had with the service was the price. The service call was 160.00 and each squirrel was an additional charge. They contacted me to check the repairs and asked to check the work and charge additional fees for the work that has already been done.

Critter control came out and did a thorough inspection of the outside of our home. They confirmed that we had borer bees in our overhang. They came back the next day and treated the problem, and came out a week later to make sure the treatment had worked. They were very courteous and personable and explained their process in easy to understand language. We are very pleased to be rid of the pests. I highly recommend Critter Control.

They were very good. Yet very expensive.

We had a rotting smell coming from under our sun room. My husband & I saw a lot of hair and what looked like an opossum under there. We could not tell if it was alive or not so we decided to call someone to come and check it out for us. I saw a Critter Control van at my neighbor's house so I decided to check it out on Angie's List. The reviews were good so I called them & they came out the same day. The receptionist on the phone was very nice & explained the cost and what the technician would do when he arrived at my house. Matt, the technician, arrived at my house and said it was a dead raccoon. He removed the dead raccoon within minutes & then told me what I should do to prevent another raccoon from getting under my porch again. He also did an exterior inspection of my house to see if there were any other animals anywhere else. Matt said that most likely there were no other raccoons going under the porch but that he would put out bait/traps for a week to see if he caught anything. A technician from Critter Control came out every day for 6 days & check on the traps. They left a note on my door if I was not home telling me when they stopped by and if they found anything. They never did trap any other critters, so thankfully for now my porch is clear! Matt was very knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend Critter Control to others.

The team professional. Kept in good contact concerning the progress of the project. Actually picked up the pieces of siding from the contractor to finish the repair.

2nd time I've used this company at 2 different properties - they're quick, responsive, courteous and clean. Gets a bit expensive since they charge for each animal and the capping work isn't cheap. But many of these companies follow the same pricing approach.

In January, I had raccoons enter my attic. I called Critter Control, and they came out right away to see how they could help. They set traps and caught the raccoon causing the trouble. They came back every day for one week to see if other raccoons were also causing trouble. Critter Control checked my attic for damage (there was none, luckily), and they gave me an estimate to have my home critter proofed (as I call it). I did want the work done. Critter Control was very professional and kept me informed as the work on my house was completed. If I called with a question and had to leave a message, my calls were returned promptly. I am very happy with Critter Control but I do hope I do not have to use them again. :)

We called Critter Control because we had some sort of "critter" living under our deck. (Rats, Oppossums, Mice, Raccoons, we didn't know.) We just knew there was something under there because our dogs would go berserk when they went out on the deck! Dillon from Critter Control came, trapped and removed an oppossum from our property on the first day of trapping. (They also caught a squirrel which was set free.) They came back daily for one week, (shutting the traps on the weekend) as we agreed on. Service was professional and Dillon was very knowledgable. The service included a prompt response and thorough property inspection and estimate. They did propose some "additional" services that we did not feel were totally necessary. Hopefully we won't need them. If we did we would call them again. You should know that there is a fee for each animal removed. If you had an infestation it could get expensive. We didn't know until we asked but most of the critters trapped are eauthanized by law... just so you know going in.

We had used this company four years ago and had a good experience. This time the experience was lousy. Thingsstarted off badly when she was required to give a credit card number over the phone, including the security code before they agreed to come out. That should have been the first sign this company is not what it used to be. The first time we used Critter Control, my father was there to deal with the technician. This time only my elderly mother was there and she felt somewhat taken advantage of. The agreement was for "up to" two weeks. The technician decided there was no critter after three days and took his traps and the money. She called to complain and was curtly told this the company policy, tough. If the technician says there is no critter they can take the trap and the money whenever they want, no questions allowed. There is clearly sign of a groundhog - dirt and gravel piles and a hole in the ground along the basement wall. We hear it crawling along the basement wall. From this experience I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

The salesman was very pushy and I felt like I was being pushed into a very expensive service. Their price was quite high and their service fee was very expensive. I would not personally use them again as I did not feel comfortable with their fees and high-pressure sales tactics.

It went well. They inspected for bats after we found one in the house, and educated me on what to look for. Luckily we did not have an infestation, but I was given a list of what to do to prevent any more bats from getting into the attic, which was the likely entry point. It was worth the money for peace of mind, though I wish it would have been a little cheaper.

My neighbor saw an animal enter my attic thru a broken louver. I could hear it in the attic.I checked on Angies list and called Critter Control. They came out promptly and evaluated the situation completely. This necessitated going up in the attic and also examining the outside vents. They offered a written evaluation and estimate(free). We set up an appointment for them to set traps and apply a temporary screen to the entry point. The service person, Andrew came daily, M-F to check the trap and the shielding he had placed. If I wasn't home when her came he left a written notice of his findings. When a raccoon was trapped he promptly removed it.($85). After 4 days of no activity he repaired the louver and placed strong screening to prevent reentry by animals($89). I was very impressed with the service, from the initial call to the final contact. All the employees were friendly and helpful and while I hope I won't need their services I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

They sealed up my attic to prevent the bats from coming back and set up a one way valve that kept them from coming. Overall they were very friendly and they did a great job.

They were prompt and solved the problem completely.

Basketball size hornet's nest in garage attic. Called in the morning and they responded in the afternoon. We thought the nest was inactive, but decided to leave it to the professionals to determine. It was inactive. Dillon responded and removed the nest. As part of the service fee, he also did an inspection for potential issues. All was done and completed within an hour. Excellent job and would highly recommend them.

They did a good job catching the ground hog.

Overall they did a great job, they were very responsive and kept in constant communication with me everyday while we were trying to trap the animals. They were very informative about the entire process, what to expect, how they know there are no more animals to trap, what the state laws are about animal removal, and what others in my area have experienced. The process took about a week, no animal was trapped, however we did observe birds using the openings, the squirrels must have abandon them. They put two traps on my roof, one by each opening and they came back every day to check them. They also put cardboard in the openings, if the cardboard was not in the hole they said that means an animal was still using the hole. It's been about 3 weeks since then and I haven't heard any animals.

I give them high ratings. They were good. They are very fair and upfront with you. I would use them again.

They are very prompt. They come out when I tell them that I have a problem in the yard. They usually come the next day if they can’t make that day. I would recommend them. They are expensive. I would use them in the future.

Critter Control is always great to work with. Have used them to treat our house for wasps and other things on the outside. They dod a great job. Always responsive and will answer any questions you use. Would recommend them for any of your pest needs. They are the first and only call I make when we have an issue.
