Description of Work: I referred this company to my son and daughter-in-law who had a raccoon problem. This company failed to find the complete problem. They said the raccoon had gotten down the chimney and set a trap on the roof. No raccoons were trapped. My son had a raccoon trap which he setup on the deck. For 2 nights he was able to trap 2 raccoons and called this company to come and get the raccoons. He was charged extra for them. The trap on the roof never caught a raccoon. Ultimately, my some called a roofer for and inspection. The roofer found evidence of multiple raccoons in the attic. There was extensive damage which resulted in the great room and master suites ceilings both being removed. Flooring in both rooms had to be replaced along with new insulation in the attic. The chimney had to have the pipe repaired and reset in the chimney and a chimney cover installed. Since this company failed to diagnose the problem, I don't think they should have charged my son, but they did and was more than twice the amount they quoted. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
