Critter Control of Columbus

The tech was looking around the house for spaces of entry. Did a very thorough check since I live in the woods. Spotted termites crawling up downspout and notified me. I thought they did an excellent job. A little expensive, but I was happy they came quickly and educated me about the issues that were coming up.

Excellent service. The service tech met me the same afternoon I called. Tom was very instructive and helpful. They allowed me to change my mind from my initial instruction of removing all animals that were trapped to making a decision at the time of pick up. They did not hold me to the original statement of removing all animals and released the ones I asked with no charges. They only charge when they remove an animal.

No problems. Came on time, inspected the attic and set the trap on the roof. Checked it daily until the squirrel was caught.

Went well. Arrived on time, installed the screening as explained.

They caught a raccoon in my garage. They were very prompt, even on a Saturday! They showed me the raccoon and then took it away.

They were courteous, punctual, they were fine.

Very pleasant experience overall. The technician was friendly and helpful, providing a cheap solution to our problem (opening our shutters for a week until the bats relocate elsewhere). Be sure to use your Angie's list coupon book for 10% off the inspection.

They said it was chipmunks and we concluded it would be very expensive to trap all of them and have them removed. The service person was very nice and offered advice on how we might be able to get rid of them on our own. About a week later, we saw raccoons digging in our yard. We purchased some raccoon repellent and will see how that works. If it doesn't, we'll probably call Critter Control again.

I CALLED AND SOMEONE CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN 2 HOURS. I FEEL THE SERVICE FEE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF NECESSARY.

We were impressed by the detail of the inspection and the explantion of how the mice were getting in. The technician was prompt and nice. He took his time at inspecting our house, and explained all the fees and services.

The service was fast and pleasant, as promised. 24 hours after my first call to Critter Control, the job was done. It was ten dollars cheaper than Varment guard (who took three days just to give me an estimate).

Brad does a great job. He has been excellent. Price is great. He goes above and beyond.

The company was excellent and arrived on time and did the job quickly; the worker was neat, put footsies on his feet, and cleaned up after him. I'd give him an A in each category (including price), and an A overall.

Services were excellent. No more squirrels.

Expensive but good. They were timely, efficient and courteous.

Drew was very pleasant and made the removal easy. The first night, 2 squirrels died in the traps due to extreme cold. I wished that we had thought to check the traps before we went to bed. In retrospect, we probably could have bought traps and freed the animals at a local park. However, we weren't positive originally that the holes were from chipmunks. So, I guess one needs to decide if it's worth it to have someone else do the trapping. Additionally, the company does offer to plug holes in the foundation and find any other possible entry points into the house.

It was great. Jeremy was extremely thorough, and knowledgeable.

PRICE WAS REASONABLE. DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

THEY CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED WHERE THE BEES WERE GETTING INTO THE ATTIC. THEY SPRAYED THE AREA. THEY CAME BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND CHECKED FOR ACTIVITY. A FEW DAYS LATER, THE BEES STARTED COMING BACK INTO THE BEDROOM. THEY CAME BACK OUT AND TRIED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. THE BEES HAVE NOT RETURNED. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE 2ND APPLICATION. THE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

TYSON WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL HIS EVALUATION OF OUR PROBLEM (VOLES) AND HOW TO REMOVE THEM. HE WAS ABLE TO TRAP AND REMOVE (4) VOLES OVER THE COURSE OF 2 WEEKS. HE CONSISTENTLY CHECKED AND RE-BAITED THE TRAPS, AND KEPT US INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE COST - THE TRAPS USED WERE SIMPLE MOUSE TRAPS WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED AT ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE FOR LESS THAN $10, AND WE FOUND THE POISON PELLETS HE USED ON THE INTERNET FOR LESS THAN $15. ALSO, ABOUT (3) WEEKS AFTER OUR CONTRACT HAD ENDED WITH CRITTER CONTROL, WE NOTICED THE VOLES WERE BACK. WE ARE NOW SETTING TRAPS OURSELVES.

WHEN WE MOVED IN, WE NEEDED FLEA REMOVAL FROM THE HOUSE'S PREVIOUS OWNERS' PETS. (PRETTY AWFUL, IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN IN A HOUSE WITH FLEAS), THAT WORKED. ALSO USED THEM TO REMOVE SOME PESKY SQUIRRELS IN OUR ROOF, THEY WERE GOOD. WE SWITCHED TO VARMINT GUARD, AND I CAN'T QUITE REMEMBER WHY. I THINK IT WAS A COST ISSUE. IT'S ALL AN EXPENSIVE FIELD!

THEY SHOWED US HOW THEY'RE GETTING IN, AND BAITED SOME AREAS. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.

WE THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT PRICEY, AND RESULTS WERE NOT AS GOOD AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED.

THE CRITTER CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE WAS BRAD. I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE PROVIDED SOME OPTIONS TO ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM BUT WASN'T PUSHY. GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY. I HOPE I DON'T NEED TO USE THEM AGAIN, BUT IF I EVER HAVE ANOTHER PEST PROBLEM, I WOULD CALL THEM.
