They came out promptly and setup a few traps. They had caught it by the next day and left it away outside. They did a good job and I will continue to use their services in future.

The technician was very professional. The process took a long time (3.5 weeks). I found it to be quite expensive, especially with a charge per squirrel. And the technician comes at all hours so I didn't personally see every squirrel in the trap. I'm still skeptical of the whole "squirrel family" thing, which would supposedly distinguish between catching any number of squirrels who live in the neighborhood. If this ever happened again on our new house, I would get competitive price quotes for the metal work. But then you would have to coordinate to make sure no squirrels were to get closed in.

I've used them before and they have done work for my neighbors too. They are a little expensive. They always want to come out and do an inspection first which is $160. I know there are two holes that need to be patched and they charge per hole to patch. I think it was expensive for what they did. I will probably use them again if I have the problem if I can't find anybody that is cheaper.

Critter Control was able to take care of the issue. They were very thorough and professional.

After at least 5 trips - and $500 later - I still have the smae problem. They are extremely high priced for the services especially the repair of supposed entry areas. I am very dissatisfied witht he service and when I expresed my concerns to them, I was told there was nothing they could do. This is after I had given them a fair amount of business over the years.

They came out and checked and told us that they weren?t moles and told me what they thought they were. They put some traps down and we caught about 6 or 10 critters and they were shrews. We have been real happy with what they have done and they started the work in early October. The technician who came and did the work was Stan and he was personable and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He looked the place over in order to put the traps and later baited them. He took the time to explain what he is doing and answer any questions we had. When we called the office, the person that answered was always personable, polite and was willing to take time and talk with me. They just seemed like nice people to work with. We spent about $210 on that service. We think we also used him in the past to clear some birds out of our attic. We would recommend them to other members as a place to go to if they have any critter, bird or animal problem.

They were wonderful. They were very good at explaining things. They were incredibly responsive and timely. They showed up whenever they were supposed to. They had to come for 5 days straight to check on the traps.

Raccoons were tearing up the yard in search of worms and grubs. (My grub problems were apparently more severe than I had thought). Adrian (the tech) arrived when he said he would and set two baited traps which each yielded a raccoon by the next morning. The traps were reset each night Tuesday through Thursday. One raccoon was caught the second night and then none subsequently. Problem appears to be solved as there has been no further damage to the yard. Adrian was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I felt the price was a bit steep, but I knew up front what the cost was going to be. I would call this company again for animal removal and would recommend them to anyone in need of animal removal services.

Adrian kept me posted on expected arrival time, and arrived when he said he would. He examined the nest area and thoroughly explained what he needed to do and how. He treated the nest, performed an overall outdoor house inspection and provided us with recommendations and estimates. We elected to have the gap sealed where the yellow jackets were nesting, and returned the following week, after verifying the nest was gone, and completed the gap sealing. No mess no fuss no more bees!

Adrian came to our home as scheduled. We showed him the area where we were finding piles of animal waste and he suspected raccoons. He showed us the claw marks on our wooden fence which we had never noticed. He also looked at an area under our enclosed back porch where we thought animals might be living. He set traps in all the areas and came back daily to monitor them. He explained everything he was doing, how the traps were handled over the weekends and notified us when someone else would be on our property since he would be out of town. He was very patient with our family as we have two young sons and we were always out there watching and asking questions. During the course of the trapping, we noticed new areas of waste and they set traps there as well. We ended up catching 5 raccoons in all. Our only complaint was with the cost - paying $69 + tax for each raccoon in addition to the initial inspection/set-up cost of $144 (cost after Angie's List discount) the total amount really added up quickly. Other than the cost, our experience with Critter Control was very positive and we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They were very thorough in trying to find it, but they didnt see any droppings or any sign of them. We had been hearing noises that we assumed were from animal. They gave me an estimate on putting some screens in our chimney. The animal either wasn't there, or had gotten back out--we haven't had any reoccuring problems since then.

For the first time in 7 years of living in our home, a raccoon decided to start perusing our back yard. It didn't seem to mind if we were outside or whether our dogs were running around - it just kept sneaking in. After the third scare involving 2 dogs frantically chasing it up a tree, we called Critter Control. Adrian came out and did a full inspection - he was enthusiastic, thorough, and professional. He performed an inspection of the outside of the house and provided a thorough report on other items that we might want to consider. He left 4 baited traps and came back daily to check on them. On the second day we found the raccoon in the cage. Adrian came out and collected the raccoon that day and we haven't had a problem since. We are VERY pleased and would definitely recommend Critter Control to anyone!!

Critter Control did an excellent job. Their price was reasonable.

It went very well. They knew what they were doing, and ultimately the animals were removed.

They recommended some things to us and replaced the insulation that was damaged by the mice. They did exactly what we wanted them to do. The guy that came out was very nice.

The Good -- the young man who called at our house, was friendly, professional and very, very thorough. He went over the whole house with a fine-tooth comb (it was like an episode of CSI ...) , and he discovered the likely (and unexpected) entry point for the mouse or mice. Having proof positive that the mice were getting in through the garage, via a storage room that abuts our bedroom was a major step toward solving the problem. The Bad: Taking the next step toward solving the problem was, according the Nice Young Man's estimates, going to cost us a fortune. Even just laying traps for the mice seemed very pricey. (I was not unduly bothered by some of the more expensive suggestions offered, as it was made absolutely clear that things like grills over vents and screens over other access points was entirely optional. But the cost of setting out a few baited traps did seem very high.) The Solution: a trip to Lowe's, were we spent about $30 on mousetraps. About one week later, RIP mouse. No more scrabbling noises in the walls ...

We didn't have a whole lot of experience with them. They gave us an estimate over the phone. Because they were higher, we decided to go with another company. They got some preliminary information from us, but not a whole lot. They gave us the information over the phone that we were asking. They were professional. We would check with them in the future if we needed another job done.

We had a dead animal which they removed. They did some work around the foundation to ensure that mice and such things would not get in. They did a good job. We did not compare the prices but we were satisfied. We did not think it was outrageous. The young man who did the job was very nice. He was very thorough and explained what he was going to do.

They were excellent. They were very polite and were right upfront with what it would cost. They also told us how they were going to capture them and what they did with the animals after they were captured.

The came out the next day, very apologetic they couldnt' get there same day. The guy inspected the area and suspected a opossum. Set traps not only in the side yard, but also in 3 other areas of the yard because he found droppings in a place I didn't see. Caught a young opossum the first night. Continued to set and check the traps for a week and nothing else found. The problem seems to be resolved.

Once the "all clear" was given by Critter Control, I was able to repair/reinforce all the areas I was informed about, and we have been squirrel free since!

We had a bad problem and called Critter Control for an estimate. We paid $175 (inc. tax) and they inspected the attic, the various cracks around our home, and made recommendations. Not a single available service went without recommendation for remedy. It felt like they would recommend anything where they had a product to sell. We called several other wild animal control companies and they indicated several areas where a repair could be made, to be ultra conservative, but that, in their opinion, it would be "overkill," given the light extent of our problem. To boot, the prices of Critter Control were the same as those who did not charge an inspection fee, thus we wouldn't have saved any money by paying that inspection fee up front.

They trapped a few squirrels using the outside traps, and came to the home one night to trap a squirrel that got inside the house. When we told them that we found a contractor to do the home renovations much cheaper than their estimates, their attitude changed. In fact, they removed the soffit panel that the other contractor had installed where the squirrels were gaining entry, and then refused to reinstall it. As to their estimate of almost $15,000.00 redo the insulation in the attic where the squirrels had been, we contacted a very reputable insulation company that gave us an estimate for the job under $1500.00.
