CPR Drain Cleaning

He identified the problem within a half hour and corrected it. He gave me advice on what steps to take to prevent it in the future. He was very knowledgeable. Even though they charged me a $50 emergency fee, $190 on Christmas eve was much more reasonable then some of the other quotes I received. I am a very happy customer.

After calling several companies to get a quick quote over the phone, I chose CPR. They were able to come out within the hour due to a cancellation by another scheduled customer. (Their loss - My Gain!) Mark and Owen arrived as promised and were able to clear the clog within an hour. This is a job for professionals and they are just that - very personable, efficient and hard working. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Mark and Owen were beyond professional. They were the third company we called that day (a Friday) and they were the only ones available to come out the same day (the rest didn't have anyone available until Monday). The condensate drain was overflowing every time we left the AC on, and with it being 95 degrees, there was no way we were going to go without air the entire weekend. CPR was super prompt; they came out in less than an hour after placing our phone call. They got to work as soon as they entered the door. They asked my wife to flush the toilet to see how that impacted the drain and tried to clean it out with a screwdriver before realizing it was going to take bigger equipment. They brought in the pipe snake and 2 minutes later, it had cleared the sediment and a piece of home construction plastic that had probably been lodged in there for 7 years until it shifted enough to block the drain. They asked for a pitcher of water and poured it in the drain, which took it all with no overflow....problem solved! Mark even handed over his flashlight to us so we could make sure the job was done right. He understood our need to feel satisfied with his work. Mark and Owen were both pleasant to talk to, explained how the cost goes up beyond the $25/quarter hour charge with equipment use and both shook our hands before leaving. They were gentlemen and I would use them again in an instant. They solved a problem that another furnace company never even diagnosed, even though my wife directly asked the other company's technician if a clogged drain might not be the problem (he brushed that off as not a possibility without even checking it), but that's another story.

The experience was fine. The 2 gentlemen came and went straight to work to resolve the problem. They were friendly and answered my questions.

Went great-no complaints. The guys were on time, expained what they were doing and why. It seems to have fixed the problems I was having with leakage around the drain connections.

They charged me about $200 dollars and couldn't get the drain unclogged. They came back the next day and didn't get started until ten o'clock. Then they said they were going to charge me $600 dollars. They were very confusing and didn't know who they had sent or even how many people they'd sent. They wasted time. They ended up taking the bill down a couple hundred dollars. They charged me more than they quoted me and sent two extra guys that I had to pay out of my pocket. They eventually made the bill right, but it was still way over. It was a total money wrecker.

They always do a good job. I always ask for the same guys to come out to do the work (Brian and Ollie,) because they work really hard and they know what they're doing. They usually come out the same day I call.

They were able to come out quickly, just a few hours after we called. They did the work in a reasonable period of time, and everything works fine now.

They were VERY fast in responding to our sump pump emergency. They are great and very reasonably priced!

I had sewage backing up in my basement drain and I knew I needed my sanitary line cleaned out. I used CPR before on a different house and was very pleased with them. I called them at 8:00 and they were able to have a crew here at 5:00 when I got home from work. They used a large snake to clean out a clogged sewer line. It took them less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up when they left. They were very concerned about preventing damage and mess. Their price was fair and what was quoted to me. They suggested I might have a problem with the sewer line and may need replaced, but didn't try to sell me the service now. They just said to see how this goes - and if there are more problems, they would camera the line to see if it needed replaced.

They were able to come out the same day that I called. The underground downspout lines had not been cleaned out for many years, and I didn't even know where exactly these lines ran. CPR was very good. They used their snake and hose. It ended up taking several hours to clear the main jam. They were considerate in telling me the cost along the way and asking me if I wanted them to continue because they didn't know how much longer it would take. The project ended up being bigger than just one clogged downspout line. I was lucky that they were able to clear the main major clog and get the lines draining again. Otherwise, I probably would have had to have new drain lines installed, which would have been very expensive.

Great. I had attempted to call two other companies and got a busy signal at one and the other just rang and rang. I called CPR Drain Cleaning the woman who answered the phone (Sandy) was very nice and said they were in the area and they could come over in two hours. She called me two hours after my initial request and said they were on the way. The plumbers were here in less than ten minutes and got the job done quickly and cleanly.

Installation was very smooth. The gentlemen arrived on time and were very courteous.

I got quotes of around $130 from two companies, both of which treated my issue as if it was below them. I called CPR and they came out same day. No haggling on the price. They were in, snaked the drain, cleaned up, and left - all in under 30 minutes. Bravo!

Give them a heads up of what you want done before hand, so they can bring parts they might need. They walk through and see everything you want them to do, and give you and estimate. Then if you like the price they start the work. Very good job overall. I wish more companies were like this. I've used them a couple times before. They always seem to cost less than what I expect. I look forward to having plumbing problems. If you are a new company or a company having trouble with customers, and you want to do well in business; GET TO KNOW THESE PEOPLE FOR SOME LESSONS!

I called yesterday afternoon around 3:30 PM after finding water spilling out on the floor from the clogged drain. I called CPR, and they came out about an hour or so later. Both men looked at the problem, got their equipment out of the truck, and went right to work. They kept me aware of what was happening and what they were doing. They wiped up after themselves, which I appreciated and respected my home. They had great service!!!

They arrived on time and were professional and friendly. Their price seemed to be reasonable.

CPR WAS AT MY HOUSE TRYING TO CLEAN OUT A MAIN OUTSIDE DRAIN. DUE TO TREE ROOTS, IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO SAVE THIS DRAIN. THE WORKERS SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT WORKING DAY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR DIGGING A NEW DRAIN. NO ONE CONTACTED ME ON THAT DAY. I WAITED A COUPLE OF DAYS, THEN CALLED THE COMPANY. THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY. I WAITED A COUPLE MORE DAYS, THEN CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS COMPANY DID THE WORK RIGHT AWAY. WHILE THEY WERE DIGGING THE NEW DRAIN, CPR CALLED.

THEY ARE SUPER FAST IN RESPONDING, AND ALL OF THE PEOPLE WE'VE DEALT WITH HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME DURING OR AFTER EVALUATION. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I CALLED ABOUT SIX WEEKS LATER AND TOLD THEM I HAD NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. THEY SAID THAT THE PERSON WHO DOES THE EVALUATION HAD BROKEN HIS LEG AND THEY WERE BEHIND SCHEDULE, BUT THEY WOULD LOOK AT IT WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO AND CALL ME BACK. THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THEM TO BE HONEST WITH ME UP FRONT. I COULD HAVE CONTACTED SOMEONE ELSE AND HAD THIS DONE BY NOW.

CPR ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB FOR ME, AND ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH CPR. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A NEIGHBOR, AND I'D CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR SIMILAR PROBLEMS. THE PRICE IS SOMEWHAT LOWER THAN WHAT I'VE PAID FOR THE SAME SERVICE FROM OTHER INDIVIDUALS, AND THE GENTLEMAN FROM CPR DID A GOOD JOB AT MINIMIZING THE MESS. (I'VE HAD OTHER INDIVIDUALS REPAIR MAIN DRAIN PROBLEMS AND MAKE A PRETTY BIG MESS IN THE PROCESS.)

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. HOWEVER, IN THREE HOURS THEY COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. AND EVEN MORE CHARGED ME $300 TO NOT FIX IT. ALL I GOT WAS TRAMPLED BUSHES AND A TORN UP LAWN. THE NEXT COMPANY I CALLED FIXED IT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

GREAT TRANSACTION WITH A QUICK AND RESPONSIVE BUSINESS. DID THE JOB WHEN I WANTED, AND CHARGED VERY REASONABLY. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
