CPR Drain Cleaning

It went very well. AWESOME customer service! Shane and Juan are the BOMB! They were the 4th plumbing company to come service my sewer line. They were the FIRST to remain persistent until my line was completely open. Shane and Juan remained professional, compassionate, understanding and informative of the process. Shane explained the purpose of the different blades he was using to snake out my line. They pulled out enough roots for me to make a full length wig! Haha SIMPLY AWESOME GREAT young men. I would used them again! I SO APPRECIATE YOU SHANE AND JUAN!!! :-)

Alex and Mike worked long and hard trying to snake out the problem. It was a very stubborn build up of sludge and took about an hour to finally get the water running and hear that wonderful sucking sound as the water whirled down the drain tornado-style in the sink! Even though it was tough, Alex and Mike were upbeat and encouraging. It was a Saturday with few guys working and it looked like they would probably not get there until after five when there would be an extra charge. But they were able to make it by around four and, though they worked a little past and hour, they did not charge extra. This is the second time I have used CPR and both times I have been extremely satisfied, both with the workers and with the promptness and courtesy of the person in the office. I highly recommend this company. And thanks, Alex and Michael for a job well done!

Called Monday afternoon to set-up an appointment and they were able to get me on the schedule for Tuesday afternoon. Alex and Chuck showed up and I showed them the mess I had in the basement. The sewage was backed up and had left a terrible mess on the concrete floor. They started right away opening the cleanout trap and ran the snake over 100' through the drain pipes. An hour later they had cleared the drain pipe (Roots only) and even went as far as to clean up the mess caused by the back-up. They really went above and beyond with the cleaning of the entire floor. Alex and Chuck truly delivered a great customer experience!

Used them for a second quote after another company told us we needed a major repair ($4k-$10k). They came out and said it was an easy fix and the other company was incorrect. All is fixed, they were fast, friendly, great priced ($300), and didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't need. They will be our plumber go-forward.

The job went well. Oliver came out with power snake and camera to clear clog. Roots had grown into sewer pipe leading to aerater. The original pipe was thin and pipe crumbled. A final solution was needed. James and Jason came out excavated the area where pipe need to be replaced. They replaced pipe with clean out plug. They also installed a riser over tank.

Drain started backing up the night before which I assumed was because of roots. I called about 15 other companies and got everything from "we can get out in a few days" to "we charge $60 to come out and we can't give you an estimate until we get there." I called CPR and someone answered before they even opened! I told them what was up, found out the price, and told them I wanted them to come out. They called my wife to arrange the trip shortly thereafter and the roots were cleaned out, cleaned up, and taken care of in record time. We're very happy with the service. Time will tell whether it was just a small hole poked through or if it was adequately cleaned. They gave us a 90 day warranty.

The line had become partially obstructed by roots. During a storm, water back up in the basement. There was about 4 inches total. CPR arrived within two hours on a Sunday evening. They were able to determine a creative way to access the line (it was an old house) and use a large diameter bit to cut through the roots. The two team members were efficient and careful getting gear into and out of the basement.

They were able to come out the same day I called. They worked on the main drain out to the sewer and determined that the contractor that had relined the sewer lines for the city had not cut out the hole for my service line. They contacted the city and my situation was remedied the next day. When they first told me what the problem was I figured I would have a nightmare dealing with the city, but they took care of that contact and both the city and the contractor took care of me. These guys were so professional and helpful. I can't rate them high enough. Outstanding service and even though the contractor reimbursed me the cost I thought they were very reasonable.

Overall, all three teams that performed work on our system were professional and prompt. They took the time to explain what they were doing and advised how to maintain our system. They took care to clean up any materials when they were done with the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The pricing is by the hour and the rates are comparable to other people, but they do a better job. They know what they are doing. They don't waste time and are professional. I have had other people do it and it is crummy. They are fast, efficient and get the job done. I will never use anybody else.

I found them on Angie's List. This was the first time they came out to do service for me. They were topnotch. It was a great price for the service I received. They were here within 8 hours of me calling them. They were early.

Called them today and came today. They were here within 2 hours. Very efficient. They just needed to add parts. I also received an itemized list. Professional and good customer service. Very knowledgeable!

Very professional, courteous and prompt service. They answered my call right away and were onsite in less than 2 hours. Service was performed as expected, they cleaned up and were careful with the equipment. I would definitely use this company again. I have had this service done several times in the past and the guys that came to my house were the best I've had yet. Price was in line with past services from other companies.

I had had a $4,660 estimate from Roto Rooter to excavate my yard to diagnose the damage roots had done to our outdoor sewer line. Roto Rooter said the actual repairs would be in addition to that $4,660. I don't have that kind of budget, so I called CPR Drain Cleaning on the recommendation of my neighbor. They came out early the next morning with their camera and auger. With great skill and experience, Olivier and Shane worked cheerfully and patiently for a couple hours and completely cleared our outside drain to the city sewer lines. I'm so deeply appreciative that I found such a company to help with our home care. I could have paid at least 20-times that to Rip-off Roto Rooter.

Two guys arrived on time and once I explained the issue began to troubleshoot the issue. They were precise and wanted to make sure they diagnosed the issue correctly. Professional and friendly.
