Description of Work: Replaced cords in blinds they had installed for us some 20 years ago (2 large bedroom windows)--the cords had frayed and in one case, had split. We brought the latter to their shop, and when it was delivered to us, the technician replaced the cord in the other blind while with us. Excellent workmanship. We will turn to them for any future needs and installations.

Not only did they come out immediately, but they were professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised and by the promised very short deadline

Description of Work: I ordered two shades for my home windows. They were very professional, measured the windows accurately, and hung the new shades. These shades are insulated, and they work very well in keeping out the cold. I am very satisfied, and would call them again, and refer others to them.

Description of Work: This was work done at Continental Blinds' shop, to repair the tracks on a window drapery so the pulls would open and close it properly. The work was completed on time, but on reinstalling the drapery at home, I realized the repair had been made as if it were to be used on a one-window wide window, whereas our window is a two-window wide unit, and I had to return it to Continental for further work. However, I believe the fault for this problem lay with me as much as the provider, as I did not make it clear in advance about the window size.

Description of Work: Didn't do work. I had called my shades "blinds." He said they were Roman shades, which they don't clean and restring. Perhaps he might have made sure I had the right terminology before coming to my house. I'm still looking for someone to clean and restring my Roman shades, but haven't had time to follow up.

Description of Work: The owner took one set of vertical fabric blinds and the two sets of metal mini blinds early in the morning and returned them in the late morning. He took them down and rehung them. They were well cleaned and well hung. I was very happy with the procedure and the results.
