They did a complete tune up and sharpened the blades. They helped me load and unload it from my trunk. They gave me all the old pairs back.

Called to get information and were told to bring the lawn mower in. We did and got an estimate for service and time of completion. The repair/service was done ahead of time. Lawn mower is clean, runs smoothly, like new. All repairs were done properly. All staff were courteous and very helpful.

Went very good. Convenient hours and only took 3 days till mower was ready.

I didn't comparison shop on price so I can't grade that.

It went well. They picked up the mower, returned it, and answered questions over the phone courteously.

Great - I scheduled a day for them to come and I left my mower in my backyard. They picked it up while I was at work (left a claim stub in my mailbox so I knew they took it). Then, they called a few weeks later to schedule delivery, I left payment for them (taped to my back door) and they left the mower in my backyard. I have used them for several years, and it is such a pleasure when spring comes to have a mower that is in tip-top shape!

I had a 15 year old lawn mower that had not been used in about 2 years. I took it to Como to get it running again. They gave me a rough estimate of $100 for parts and labor the day that I dropped it off. Como's service department called me two days later to let me know that due to extensive damage to the cylinder, they did not think it was worth trying to repair. So it only cost me the $20 Bench Fee, which I think is reasonable. They were very nice and up front about the repair and the possible cost. I appreciate their honesty.

Repairs were completed in about one work week, and the parts replaced during the tune-up were packaged and returned with the repaired mower for inspection. The initial estimate included parts and standard services, but other labor ended up accounting for an additional 50% of the repair bill.

I CALLED TO SET UP A TIME TO BRING MY MOWER IN FOR REPAIR AS I HAD TROUBLE STARTING IT. THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE TALKED ME THROUGH SOME TROUBLE SHOOTING IDEAS AND ENCOURAGED ME TO TRY THEM FIRST. I DID TRY HIS IDEAS AND THE MOWER WORKS FINE NOW. THANKS TO HIS INTEGRITY, HE SAVED ME THE HASSLE OF BEING WITHOUT THE MOWER AND SAVING MONEY. THEY JUST GOT THEMSELVES A PERMANENT CUSTOMER TO DO THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE ON MY MOWER. THANKS COMO MOWER! YOU ARE AWESOME!

I THOUGHT THE AMOUNT AND QUALITY OF THE WORK DONE WAS A GREAT VALUE. I WAS TREATED VERY WELL AND THEY CALLED PROMPTLY TO LET ME KNOW THE WORK WAS DONE.

WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY, WORKMANSHIP APPEARS TO BE HIGH QUALITY, AND THE COST WAS REASONABLE.

THEY WERE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FOR ME AND VERY FAST IN THEIR TURN AROUND TIME. EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT. I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE MOWER SINCE, BUT I WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE CALLING THEM BACK IF I HAD. I'VE USED THE MOWER TWICE SINCE I PICKED IT UP, AND BOTH TIMES IT STARTED RIGHT AWAY.

WHEN I BROUGHT THE MOWER IN, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT ALL THEY WOULD DO AND THE PRICING FOR LABOR AND PARTS. IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP IN LESS THAN A WEEK. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS READY ON FRIDAY OF A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. I ASKED IF I COULD PAY OVER THE PHONE AND HAVE A FRIEND PICK UP THE MOWER FOR ME. WITHOUT ANY HESITATION, THEY SAID OK.

DROPPED MOWER OFF ON FRIDAY, AND THEY CALLED AND SAID IT WAS READY TO GO THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. REALLY FAST!

THE TECHNICIAN ADVISED AGAINST REPAIR OF THE TORO, BECAUSE IT WASN'T WORTH INVESTING $250-$300 IN REPAIRS. WE HAD THEM TUNE THE OTHER MOWER. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROMPT, AND WE WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

JERRY DE VINE LOOKED LIKE HE'D ALREADY HAD A FULL DAY WHEN I WALKED IN & HE COULD HAVE EASILY HAD ME LEAVE MY SAW FOR SERVICE TO PICK UP LATER. INSTEAD, HE DROPPED EVERYTHING, TOOK PITY ON A CHAINSAW NOVICE, FIXED MY SAW ON THE SPOT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, SHOWED ME HOW TO TIGHTEN THE CHAIN, TOLD ME TO KEEP THE BLADE OUT OF THE DIRT, ETC. GETTING A SHORT COURSE ON ''CHAINSAW 101'' FROM A MASTER--WHICH JERRY IS (HE'S A WELL KNOWN CHAINSAW SCULPTOR IN CLINTONVILLE)--CONVINCED ME THAT ALL MY FUTURE MOWER AND POWERTOOL PURCHASE AND REPAIR BUSINESS WILL BE WITH HIM & HIS FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT STAFF.

THEY OFFER A FREE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SERVICE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS WAS VERY CONVENIENT. THEY CALLED PRIOR TO PICK UP AND DELIVERY AND COMPLETED THE MAINTENANCE IN 2 WEEKS. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

REPAIRED OUR TILLER IN LESS THAN A WEEK AND IT HAS RUN LIKE A TOP EVER SINCE.

THEY HAVE A MAN WHO PICKS UP TOOLS TO BE SHARPENED ON MONDAY AND THEY ARE RETURNED TO THE SHOP THE NEXT DAY. I WAS UNABLE TO STOP BY & PICK UP MY SHEARS AFTER THEY WERE RETURNED. AS A RESULT, THEY WERE SENT BACK OUT AGAIN BY MISTAKE AND NOT THERE WHEN I DID GO BY FOR THEM. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THE VERY NEXT DAY THAT THEY HAD BEEN RETURNED AND I WAS NOT CHARGED EITHER!
