BUT SINCE THEY HAD DONE THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT THE NEXT DAY! I HAD TO TAKE THE MOWER TO THEM. THEY MAY NOT FIX THE MOWER AT YOUR LOCATION. I KNOW THEY DO HAVE A PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICE.

WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ORDER THE PART THE SAME PERSON SAID THAT THE FIRST PRICE WAS THEIR PRICE AND THE RETAIL PRICE WAS $21.00. COMO SHOULD HAVE SOLD THE PART FOR THE PRICE QUOTED FIRST. I WENT ON LINE AND ORDERED THE PART, AND THE PART CAME TO MY FRONT DOOR.
